Clean, comfortable place, with friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful view ?

The experience began with an unclean room, a bed that wasn’t made, and someone who had slept in it. When I requested a room change, we were given another one that was semi-clean but had the worst of all: it was cold, and the window was leaking cold air. The toilet was freezing cold due to a ventilation problem and the shampoo bottle was completely empty. Also when I tried to call reservation desk, nobody answered, not a good communication. It was really cold in the room. Check-out was at 12:00, but the door key stopped working at 11:00, adding to the strange vibe. The room was at best two-star motel level.Also WiFi was super slow. Most likely because we were far from the router but still it should work properly in the room.

One positive aspect was the great breakfast with many options, but the black coffee was almost undrinkable.

The hotel feels quite worn out and could use some maintenance. The room was basic with minimal amenities and not as clean as expected, with some mold visible in certain areas. For the price, it didn’t offer good value. Although free parking is advertised, it’s difficult to find a space during conference events. The highlight was the breakfast, which was fresh and offered a good variety of options.

The hotel could benefit from some renovation and better upkeep. The room was rather worn with limited amenities and some signs of mold in certain areas. It felt overpriced for the condition and quality provided.

Friendly staff, comfortable room, tasty kitchen, pool, sauna and gym. Great location near old town, lake and nightlife.

Good parking, very nice breakfast.

TV or cable box did not work properly. Instructions (english) were wrong or confusing. We were never able to change channels using either of the 2 remotes provided and even replaced batteries to see if that was the issue.

Room was clean, breakfast was good and safe car parking in yard.

The sauna and the sauna-side shower room were outdated and worn. The swimming pool was okay. The spa area could use some refreshing.

The spa was amazing. It was very relaxing and comfortable. We had the pool and sauna to ourselves.

Nice beds, clean, cheap, great SPA services, jakuzie, sauna, awesome breakfast, view on park, the hotel itself was beautiful, very nice location in a very center. And thanks a lot to a very helpful hostess at the reception who was very kind and helpful despite having to deal with a large number of guests

What is not to like? Best value for money I had in years!

Very clean and tidy room, friendly and helpful staff, clean 25m pool and even a gym! The breakfast spread was excellent as well. No complaints, would absolutely stay again.

An iron in the room would be great, but I assume if asked, the staff would provide one.

Gym and pool with a hot tub were accessible free of charge. Breakfast is served on the side of the hotel overlooking the city center, so you can enjoy a great view.

Breakfast had many options, but some foods felt a little stale / cold. Room was quite dated, shower did not have good drainage. Also, it is annoying when the room has sloped ceiling, and starting just above the beds.

It was Monday and bar closed at 10 or 10.30. Too early

Breakfast was great. Pool was good for morning swim.

Sauna in the morning was not yet heated up, so it was not possible to use it.

The facilities, location, services, very complete gym, very complete spa, surrounded by a park for children.

Carpet in total room smelling muld (confined area missing fresh air). Room 110Other than that, all is fine and perfect.

Staff were very helpful, available 24/7, the restaurant serving great food on site. Fantastic location and superb breakfast.

Additional charge for using swimming pool with budget (not that cheap) room option.Was feeling chlorine overload in a jacuzzi.

The staff was reasonably helpful. The location of the hotel was great.

One of the pillowcases had a blotch of black lint that was ironed onto it. The people at the laundry who the hotel has the contract with did not notice it, nor did the personnel at the hotel. Which is a bad case of non-performance of duty. Moldy bathroom. Leaky shower. Cobwebs on lampshades. It felt like we were staying in a motel in the back-country.
