Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable

The whole hotel was freezing cold. The bathroom radiators didn't work. The radiators in the rooms were turned off around 9pm so we had to sleep in our jumpers. It was a very cold night. Also the hotel advertised a small bar being available which wasn't the case. Nothing was available for night caps after attending a funeral. They even had leaflets stating that a bar was available

On booking.com Says its a hotel buts its a B&B, no restaurant and no bar.

Room was nicely decorated, it was very clean,choice of type of breakfast. Asked for something extra for my breakfast which was provided happily. Very comfortable stay.

Set in a beautiful location away from the hustle and bustle of the hectic goings on. Far enough away from the main road to make it feel so tranquil, a very good location for those looking for a quiet but scenic break.

Lovely guest house, close to the airport with friendly staff.Quiet comfortable room where I slept well and had a nice breakfast, basically all that I needed.

Advertise EV charging but do not give a rate of charge. Only telling you AFTER you have used the service. Then having the audacity to charge 0.74p KwH for OVERNIGHT charging, for reference a supercharger BP Pulse at rapid charging is only 0.69 KwH and a Tesla Supercharger 0.40 KwH … How they think they can charge 0.74p KwH for a 7Kw charger is disgusting and to not make this price clear until AFTER you have charged, is something I am currently taking up with consumer rights!

staff and breakfast were excellent , Di the owner, was very efficient , the only thing missing from the room was the remote for the TV ! - which they didn't know !.

The Grange met all my expectations. Lovely building & setting. Lovely owner, Diane, who went out of her way to accommodate me. It was a short drive to EXT airport.

I didn't have a sense of distance from Exeter St. Davids train station and it was a 28 pound taxi fare. Definitely a disadvantage if you don't have a car as there is no restaurant, but there are some nearby.

Wonderfully large and comfortable bed, good value for money and a very pleasant stay overall. Excellent location for those attending a Wedding at the nearby Rockbeare Manor.

The bed was comfortable and peaceful, and the breakfast was good.

Not a problem, showered in the evening, noted water less hot in the morning.Took a while to get hot water.

Rooms clean, bed very soft and comfortable. Host was really kind and welcoming!

We were welcomed by a lovely lady.It was near where we wanted to go. Bed was super comfortable, the shower had good pressure.

The room was in reception and next to the dinning room. There were moments where it was noisy. However, around 23:00 it did quiet down and we slept ok. I guess i never stayed so close to reception before, maybe is more usual than i think.For what we were charged, i hope some upgrading is taking place soon. I like the fact the house had character but is a bit run down.

Super friendly staff and very helpful. The location to the event was spot on with only a short taxi ride.

The place was feeling very tired, still showing covid19 stuff everywhere, I would say it hasn’t been decorated for at least 10 years. At breakfast, the toasters were filthy with a large build up of crumbs and dirt on the outside, that clearly were there for a long period. Cutlery was on the table ina little bag, but the one I had was filthy with old food stains. The room was very cramped, little space to hang clothes, but that was about it. Again, clearly hadn’t been decorated in a long time.The level of cleanliness around the place was low, dust and grime in every direction. With some TLC and updates, it could be an amazing place to stay.

Lovely property. Host was welcoming and friendly. She gave us a lift to the wedding venue we were going to which was great. The breakfast was tasty.

Easy parking, close to where we going and a nice room

Nice size room for a singe person (didn’t see the rooms for couples, families etc). I was greeted at the door by a very friendly member of staff who was happy to help. Hotel and room are clean and tidy and bed was very comfortable. Away down a lane ensuring a peaceful setting but still close to surrounding towns so you can use the local restaurants, shops and the like. In the middle of the wider Devon area so if you plan your time you can drive to most areas in the county that you may with to visit. Breakfast was included which was a continental buffet and you can get fried breakfast fresh to order, all the food was very good quality. Lastly the price (that I paid at least can’t speak for other room sizes) represented very good value for money.

It didn’t affect me as I don’t drink but I don’t think there was a bar as advertised on booking.com but there are plenty of pubs within walking distance.
