Friendly welcoming staff, lovely sweet treat left in room. Comfortable bed & warm room. Nice choice at breakfast

Clean, warm and comfortable room. Staff were very good.

Bathroom floor was very cold.

The property was clean and tidy. Warm and very welcoming with home made cake in the room. Very comfy bed and a superb shower and bathroom facilities.

Not over keen on the four poster bed but mattress was comfortable.

It was quite with beautiful scenery and nice walks Bridport close again with good options

The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times the breakfast was very nice, freshly cooked, large selection of food to eat, beds comfortable and clean, cake was left in our room as a little welcome gift, shower was nice and bathroom looked all newly decorated room was cleaned daily, we stayed for 3 nights with a sea view, it was wonderful with nothing to complain about

There was nothing I did not like I would recommend this hotel to any one

Staff exceptionally welcoming . Front desk Abbie made us most welcome to the hotel. In the room a nice welcome note & delicious home made cakes added to a special thoughtful touch. Had a single bedroom very spacious ,had probably double size comfortable bed , brilliant sleep. Bathroom well laid out and an excellent shower room. Room nice and warm . Evening meals hotel filling and delicious. Would recommend this hotel highly,

Superb breakfast every morning and the two evening meals we had were excellent.The Staff were superb and there is a special mention for Abbie who looked after us so well throughout our stay.Look forward to returning!

Loved the location,the upgraded sea view room, the two lovely little hand baked cakes, and the lovely hand written note welcoming me.

Nothing but en suite bit basic and small. A bath would be a bonus.

A little bit more attention to the cleaning in rooms and general areas they are very close to a four star hotel just needs some tweeks

food, room, atmosphere and staff were very kind and service was good

Breakfast was very good, and the staff were excellent as soon as they saw that I was disabled they quickly upgraded our room so that we did not have to climb any stairs.Thank you everyone.

Lovely views Hotel was excellent in all aspects Staff very professional and Mehbub was chatty and helpful. Breakfast was brilliant and plenty of food choice for evenings

I wasnt keen on the single track road down from the main road.

Location was wonderful, had a view room and could see the sea from the bed, shame it was misty in the morning. The breakfast was good with lots of choices, we also had a meal in the evening which was very tasty and well presented with attentive service.

I wasn’t brave enough to try the shower as my husband said it was a bit temperamental and difficult to adjust once you were in the shower.

pictures on wall in bedroom had nothing to do with bridprt dorset etc just nothings that had no significance to area we were staying in.shower needs upgrading and re groating .

Would highly recommend, defiantly a BIG improvement from the last time I stayed. Room clean and spacious. Great Seaview. Lovely surprise on check-in that i had been upgraded, complementary (free of charge) and the breakfast was lovely and hot. Lovely few days for what I needed

Never any staff or management around when you need them. At breakfast all you could hear is a member of staff (mehbub) hocking up flem and coughing every where. The second day I'd just got back in my room, id only been back bout 30seconds and was knocking on the door (the plug sockets was off for half hour) and what a surprise was coughing without covering his face and went all over me. The last day all you could hear was hocking back, coughing all over the place and when he thought he couldn't see, was picking his nose, half way through breakfast, I actually got up and left
