The food and hospitality was great ?
The beds are a bit small and the mattress was too firm for me.
Nice size room, very clean, lovely breakfast.
All Good.
Good breakfast, room spacious and hotel nicely decorated inside, pleasant staff
Hotel not near anywhere, bit out of the way, outside carpark needs full refurbishment, pictures in brochure bit misleading must be years old, spa not included in stay, advertised as a spa hotel but spa is separate business, our room looked out onto a brick wall, would we go back? No
Very nice hotel. Rooms were well equipped with coffee, tea, hair dryers. Very spacious.
The room was very clean and comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. Both myself and my friend are gluten free, we had dinner one night which was delicious and prepared safely for us both to eat. We requested a fresh breakfast instead of the buffet breakfast and this was provided with no issue. The food was tasty and all the staff were really friendly and understanding. The hotel is in easy driving distance of Dorchester.
The outside of the hotel could do with a little love, maybe some weeding along the front of the hotel. The car park is unmade but it serves a purpose.
Had an amazing stay at the George Albert Hotel and Spa for my partner’s birthday and our anniversary! We got a hot stone massage and spent two super relaxing hours in the spa — it was just what we needed. The staff were all lovely and really made us feel welcome and taken care of. We also grabbed some food from the bar/restaurant, which was absolutely delicious.Honestly, can’t recommend this place enough if you’re after a chilled-out getaway. We’ll definitely be coming back!
Nothing. Loved it!
Bedroom & bathroom were good size & clean. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff.
The car park needs a tidy up & the front of the building would benefit from a clean, this would create a better impression. Though the inside was very good.
Parking, Staff are friendly. Rooms are clean and spacious.
Was only 200 yards away from my venue where I was racing at the weekend, so was perfect.
Everything was amazing the bar/restaurant, the food was lovely, the staff were polite and friendly, the room was amazing, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was big and the shower and bath were perfect.
Our room was spacious, very well furnished and in first class condition. Everywhere was very clean, the staff were welcoming and the breakfast was gorgeous. A cracking choice for business or leisure alike.
The shower could only deliver warm water at best, which occasionally went stone cold!No 13A or USB socket near the bedside ... maybe when replacing the bedside lamps, consider ones with USB sockets built-in for phone charging.
good service and nice room
evening meal was not worth the money but Im not overly fussed with food as long as im not ill which I was not
rooms are very clean and comfortable. Easy to find. Great for a short stay if you’re in the area.
Reception staff were very accommodating. Although very dissatisfied with the managers response to a complaint due to the food ordered. Wasn’t satisfied with the quality of food that was presented to me, when the manager was called over to deal with the situation, he was very rude, condescending and overall made me feel very uneasy. On this basis I would not return. Which is a shame.
Great staff who had to deal with a tricky room problem because Booking.com charged us for two rooms yet only booked luckly the hotel wete able to rectify this error in the end but only just
