From the moment we arrived we knew it would be a good stay. We had travelled from B'ham to attend a family wedding in the area. The staff were welcoming, professional, informative. The location is clean and well maintained. Just so lovely. The Hotel sits within a little Business estate next to a small thriving Football club. So unexpected, but adds a unique aspect to the location. As well presented on the outside, the inside did not disappoint. High standards of cleanliness everywhere. The Bedrooms.... Ahhh! Exceptional.The Bed, large spacious so comfy. We slept like babies. Shower facilities Beautiful. Then to top it all off,The breakfast... Brilliant!We intend to visit again next year as it was a wonderful stay and we are now inspired to explore Lytham a few miles up the road. Thankyou all staff at Mill Farm. Tina, Julia, Anthony, Kim and Team. You all contributed & made our stay awesome. Bless you all.

Fabulous modern architecture along with an amazing view.If you like football you’ll be sold to the dream.

Highest quality fixtures,fittings and food, along with everything to be proud of in a local development.

The cooked breakfast was disgusting the bacon and mushroom were obviously left under a hot plate and were inedible

Having the night security lady unlock my room door at 4:15am to let a guest in who I presume had lost their key ! It was so frightening !!! It was a mistake on security’s part but really frightened me and my little girl ! Ten minutes after that there was a knock at the door …. We were petrified …. I saw through peep hole it was a man …. I opened door and shouted at him to Fffffff Off!!! He should have gone next door apparently !! The chap proceeded to go next door then was really loud for the next hour that I had to ring reception and tell them to come and shut them up ! Think eventually we got to sleep about 6.30! Awful stay this time !

Beautiful room with excellent facilities. Huge room. Great it has a fridge with complimentary water. Very quiet. Comfy huge bed. Very clean and stunning bathroom. Breakfast was lovely, high quality local produce and good variety. Also has a gym which isn't promoted.

Really minor thing is BBC is via iPlayer on the TV and wouldn't connect several times.

The rooms were brilliant, and the location was fine.We didn't need anything that was in the centre of a town.The breakfast was very good.Felt very safe as you needed the room key to get through all the doors inside the hotel.Only downside was the bar closed at 10pm.I would definitely stay here again, we paid £62.50pp which I felt was very good value for money.

Just the bar opening hours, we weren't told that it would close at 10pm so when we came down after our meal, the bar had closed up.

An excellent new hotel in an unusual setting which provides the latest in comfort. The receptionist was very personable, friendly and provided very useful local information.

On arrival the hotel seemed very quiet and would have been a bit stark without the friendly reception. The hotel came to life on Monday morning.

Good quality produce. Good choice of cereals, fruit etc. Staff very polite and efficient.
