There was mold in the room, mattresses definitely needed replacing. Hairdryer fused when using

It’s convenient for the motorway junction, had an adjoining pub and it’s close to Kirkham

The bathrooms need a deep clean around the shower and then re grouting

helpfulness of the girl on reception when we had issues

the fact that we couldnt access the shower as the door was jammed and we had to move rooms

Nice and clean

We had room number one next to the entrance we were kept awake by the constant banging of the hotel door.

Room was cleanish... plenty of towels & toilet roll

Not enough tea & coffee in room ..toilet was leaking.... not enough cups, pillows... 1 camp bed was unsleepable on.... no info in room for wifi etc.... no hot breakfast availible... pub next door wasnt open

Very good value. Helpful reception. Good basic hotel. Plenty of parking. Warm.

WiFi was a bit hit and miss. Very small ensuite. Parking area was very dark in places.

Cheap and cheerful. Friendly staff. Everything you needed. Clean and nice view of a field from our room.

Walls were a bit thin could hear the room next door and the pillows weren’t the best.

The man on reception was very pleasant and helpful, and the room and bathroom were a good size.

Central heating was not active in the room. the bed wasn't the most comfortable, only a free-standing electric heater that just took the chill off the room. No heating in the bathroom, could not get water to run hot, no shower gel. The room is advertised as executive double. Unfortunately, it falls short of that description.

as soon as you walked in there was a stale smell, like a nursing home. the carpets in the walk ways were stained and worn. the room was very basic. mould all over the roof in the bathroom and filth between the tiles. no plug sockets by the bed.

Central , good parking and friendly staff

It was just outside Blackpool so away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to drive to it I less than ten minutes. There was free parking and always a place to park onside when returning from day in blackpool and at the sea side. The hotel was quiet enough.

The window would not close properly and was stained and hadn't been cleaned for some time. There were faint stains on the carpet in the room. The restaurant next door was very poor. We were seated and then half an hour after seating us they said they were at full capacity and they could not accommodate us. Usually this would be OK but it was late and we had been traveling all day. They offered us free bottled water for the trouble but we found this to be quite insulting as it took them half an hour to tell us they could not serve us after seating us. The cost was quite a lot considering the facilties. We had a very small tv.which was proper up against the side no actual stand. Lack of toiletries in the bathroom. OK for a night but not for longer really. Also no breakfast available or included in the room rate. Unfortunately would not rebook.
