I don't think there's a better value hotel in London. It is just a few metres walk from the Piccadilly and Victoria lines, and opposite a park. The rooms are a bit small, but the hot water runs well, the breakfast is decent, and the staff are friendly and helpful.
Location is good, staff are helpful, breakfast is nice.
Toilet fan was not working.
