This is the fourth time I have stayed at this hotel and I love it. I was keen for friends to experience it too. The local, the hotel design and staff are all fantastic. When I eaten here in the past it has been amazing.

I appreciate that it's difficult to keep spotlessly clean but the pool was slightly dirty with bits of fluff floating in it. This differed from my previous experiences.

Really lovely hotel, clean, stylish and a great location for us. Really helpful staff. Nice piano bar on the top floor.

Location, comfort, style

The room was not cleaned during one day and I had to request the service multiple times before it was finally done the following day

Lack of fresh air. Everything is airconditioned and perfumed, windows in rooms can’t open even a crack. Breakfast is medium, certainly not bad but also not…good.

During my stay, I experienced a minor delay with my luggage; however, the team handled the situation with exceptional professionalism and genuine empathy. The staff acted promptly and went above and beyond to ensure that the inconvenience did not disrupt my evening plans. Their proactive communication and thoughtful attention to detail significantly enhanced my overall experience.In particular, Silbo, the manager, personally oversaw the resolution and ensured that everything was addressed to a standard that exceeded my expectations. The level of care and service I received truly reflected five-star hospitality.I would not hesitate to stay again and highly recommend this hotel to others seeking attentive, high-quality service.

Location, quiet, smart room, view, facilities, comfy bed, nice temperature

Light controller on my side of the bed didn't work, which meant stumbling around in a large, pitch black room to go to the loo in the night!

Th hotel location was fabulous - right in the heart of Shoreditch. The pool and Sauna facilities were great, and the booking system meant it was never too full (and we could choose to go only at times when there were no children allowed). Breakfast was amazing, staff were really lovely.

There was a balcony in the room but it was inaccessible. It would have been nice to be able to open the door to this and get some fresh air in the room.

I loved the location, the gym, spa, and the bed was very comfortable.

Breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. We really enjoyed dinner on both nights of our stay - the steak was exceptional.The room was clean, the TV was huge and we loved the wet room. We enjoyed using the gym, pool, sauna and steam room.The lounge area is stunning. So relaxing.

It was beautifully decorated with all of its art work. Staff were very friendly. The spa was so relaxed

please make staff aware when the guests pay late check out. From 12h till 14h they knocked 3 times at the door.

Exceptional

The rooftop bar was expensive and we were sat away from any type of view. Would it have been great to sit near the windows to explain the massive price hike on drinks

I loved the staff and the hotel decor really unusual and all the tech brilliant . The Solaya restaurant fabulous .

Convenient location near Old Street underground station, clean and cozy room, excellent breakfast, heated pool and well equipped gym.

This is the second time we have stayed and our greeting this time was not particularly warm. The first time we were offered prosecco, the this time, the reception staff were flustered and although refreshments were left on the side (dirty and appeared not available), we were not offered any drink on arrival. This made our check in last time. The hotel bar staff were not friendly and we felt not welcome. This is a shame as we loved our first stay.

Upon arrival, one of the reception staff named Shaun was very polite and helpful. He took time to explain where the main facilities were.
