Park Avenue Hotel

This was The worst! Not worth the money spent. Room was horrible, dirty fridge and tv not functioning. No one was ever at the front desk. Hotel should not be recommended or even an option on your website.

I wanted to stay in the Jewish community, for all the conveniences of restaurants, and synagogues. I found this to meet my needs, and was also reasonably priced for the service.

Clean, comfortable beds, plenty of hot water, close to shopping, hot coffee tea in room, Very friendly staff, good location

Great location, clean rooms and efficient housekeeper!

Easy to travel into city center. Parking was free although limited. Fanta in the fridge for free. Lots of tea and coffee.

Staff was unprofessional. Room was filthy. AC did not work. Linens were dirty. Only one pillow per person. Linens uncomfortable. Floor dirty.

It was very clean and tidy, nice looking , close to all sorts of public transportation. The shower was amazing! The beds were exceptional.

Wouldn’t recommend

We arrived after 2 failed attempts of our accommodation. We was greeted by a lady who seemed nice enough, after travelling for 4 hours with two 1 year olds we just wanted to put the tv on and relax. The TV didn’t have a single channel, nor Netflix or anything, very disappointing considering we paid over £100

Reception was manned when I came to check in by a friendly lady. Room was immaculate. Staff were helpful and polite.

Lack of security, cleanliness, communication. Homeless wandering in helping themselves to complimentary drinks in the reception.

Hello, my family and I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. It was really clean and the room was cleaned with disinfectant every day. It was great. The staff was very nice and friendly. The location was very good. The hotel had access to the shopping center, the underground, and the bus. Everything was great.

The location is amazing. It is situated in the residential area which makes it very suitable when traveling with baby (in our case our 6 month old baby). The locality is full of babies in stroller and families around. We felt just like home. There is park nearby which is good for a day staying in. The place is easily connected by Buses. We toured entire London by buses (which is cheapest mode of transport) where 99% buses went from the nearby bus stop (Egerton road/stamford hill liabrary/ stok Newington)

The location was good for visiting Tottenham stadium.

The rooms were very small & not cleaned daily. No hot water in the shower on the second morning. No staff visible in the hotel to help. Met someone as we checked out in the hall & she told me there is no staff working.

Easy access to shops and transport links. It's located in the city.

No security at all. There was no staff the second day (Saturday) and the lodgers left the entrance door open all day.
