Location was great. Room was nice. Good vibe.

Room was small. Bar next door was loud (could hear late at night in our room). No free breakfast.

Excellent overall atmosphere

Very nicely presented and styled hotel. Relaxed and friendly staff. Great re fillable water stations, nice showers and breakfast good, good check out time and felt quiet. Gym very nice facility if needed. Felt new and polished would happily stay again.

Maybe room service food options - but this is being very picky.

Unable to get a drink of any description after 11pm from hotel bar before heading upto room.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing, hope food wasn’t particularly well managed. Bar staff unsure of difference between Rose and Red wine was interesting.

Room was nice, staff were just lovely, plastic free water to drink, etc.

Maybe a few more lights in room.

The breakfast and service at breakfast is subpar. Check in on your dining guests!

The fragrance in the room and hotel just was awesome and overall experience of checkin and checkout so smooth + very nice breakfast

Great location, staff and interior

The lighting in the rooms was very low, which made getting ready a bit difficult.

Lovely boutique hotel property.. Gorgeouly designed lobby, bar, restaurant and rooms.. Has a nice gym as well.. Very quiet and very close to lots of nice cafes, bars and restaurants in Shoreditch..

Nothing - it was all perfect!

Modern, clean and very relaxing stay. Great service and restaurant menu available on room service was fantastic and arrived quickly. In a great area with lots to do nearby in terms of eating out, bars, shopping and entertainment.

The gym was average. Loved the room lighting but could do with one bright light for when you’re getting ready. The mattress (room 216) wasn’t the comfiest

Breakfast not great for money, we paid extra for king room and it was basically a standard room comparing to other hotels

It is a nice hotel, well placed and quiet.

Our experiences with the bar staff and adjoining restaurant staff was extremely poor. On the three separate times we tried to order drinks we were totally ignored by the bartender- and we were the only ones at the bar on the first occasion. It took her 20 minutes to attempt to take our order. In the restaurant we waited over 15 minutes for a table we had booked (!) and then an unbelievable 40 minutes before anyone came and took our drinks order, let alone food - in the end my daughter got up and went over to the waitress from another table and told her to help us. The food was incredible but even during the meal, the service was poor ( once we finally ordered). We would not go back. The next day - the hotel had billed us for 3 rooms, not 2 and told us to take it up with our bank. Really poor.

Great location, polite staff and the best hotel shower I’ve ever had

The hotel is located very centrally jn Shoreditch and looks very nicely designed and new. Rooms were very good as well and the staff very friendly.

Great hotel near Liverpool Street StationRooms equipped with everything.Everything was clean and the bed was so comfy

The staff were absolutely Fabulous especially at reception! gorgeous room and great location would definitely return ☺️
