Eclectic hotel with recent renovations in many areas. Helpful friendly staff. Large quiet room.
The bed and bedding was really comfortable and the bedroom was very clean with lots of hot water. Convenient for Kingsbridge hospital.

All the staff were truly amazing at such a time due to my husbands surgery at the hospital opposite the hotel.
Allowing smoking in the outside dining area when guests are having meals. The dirty smell of smoking is off putting the meals that chef's have taken such effort to prepare and serve.
The staff were very nice
Faulty Towers hasn't a patch on this place. There were renovations going on in the reception area which I was not informed about before arriving, which led to health and safety issues. Very unsafe the rubbish thrown outside the frond door and tile packaging used as an entry mat. On the bright side the staff were very nice.
Hotel was lovely, staff were exceptional, one and all of them, food including dinner and breakfast was delicious, great portions really enjoyed our short stay! Thanks guys keep up the good work
The food was excellent, the bedroom spacious and clean. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Staff were lovely food was fantastic hotel is beautiful and has lots of beautiful artifacts in it it was a lovely charming hotel in ballykelly
Dinningroom was freezing cold Bedroom smelth very odd the curtains had visible mold on them the bathroom window did not close at all in the room we rented Other than that it was a pleasant stay
The staff are so friendly and like to make your stay a personal one. Very clean and comfortable and the food in restaurant and bistro is excellent.
Breakfast very good.Location perfect for appointment at Hospital.
I liked everything.Double bed a little small for two big people. Will remember for next booking
The staff were exceptional and so friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and warm and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. All in all everything was great. I would recommend it highly.
There wasn't anything we didn't like.
I do believe that the breakfast was adequate - however I did feel that the egg(fried) and the bacon were pre prepared and so hard and difficult to cut when received. The pudding and sausages were lovely
We did move room as the TV in the first room did not work. This was handled very quickly and efficiently. We were moved to a higher grade room which was very spacious and warm. However , in the morning there was no hot water , eother in the electric shower or the bath/sinks ( 6.00am). Once notified , this was resolved.
Friendly staff, but the venue itself is below basic and extremely unclean in my room
The mould on the ceiling of my en-suite, the chair in the room was stained with filth
The staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful, the room was just beautiful and I wish I could of stayed longer but I just needed to go to a hospital appointment and home to reality again. Would recommend if someone has a hospital appointment in Ballykelly or just wants an escape to spend time in The Drommod.
I didn't have breakfast, friend said it was excellent and staff attentive
Very friendly, clean, good service
For an 18th century building looking well.
Room 230 not good as I thought it didn’t smell fresh, smelt like as though there where body odour/a very strong smell sorry ? and the tv was not operational.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I loved the traditional decor, original features, high ceilings and all mod cons.
Great comfortable hotel, staff were very pleasant, helpful and attentive, food was very good as well. Would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel
