We did want breakfast and the check in girl said it was at 8.30 but the diningroom as locked up at 8.30 so we went ot costa in forres for breakfast

Staff were fantastic , food was awesome & so much , locals in bar so nice & friendly

They were very accomodating to a late checkout request so we could grab a quick shower after a local ultra

Good people and great service. We were welcomed with a smile, shown to our room, and invited to dine in the restaurant. It was just brilliant.

Handy for what I needed. Location wise. Room was clean and warm. Staff were brilliant. Polite, chatty, available to help. Food was excellent.

Friday night was a little noisy but was offered a move prior to the function. I declined and it was fine.

The staff were all excellent and I liked the room being tucked away in a quiet area. We arrived by bicycle and the bikes were kept secure overnight. The food was very nice.

It was in a central location

No breakfast provided not even continental, we were not informed until we arrived at 9pm .

had Dinner at the pub and the food was very good and the staff were very friendly

Ok for night

No reception. It was a bar with one staff member. Had to wait ages as was serving customers drinks. Reminded me of huts as extension to pub at back. The carpet was stained and the floor seemed to sink in places. The shower wasnt great. Door straight on to car park difficult to lock and old.

The many ants all over the floor and in my shoes in the morning.

The location was very handy for us as we were camping in the area and needed a room for a night due to bad weather.The room was fine, clean and the bed was comfortable. As we had stayed here before we noticed the room had been refurbished with a new bathroom and shower.

For £90 we would have expected breakfast to go with our stay.
