Nice room, clean.Good foodFriendly staff
Damaged wall in room.Scruffy paintwork on public areas
The staff were friendly and helpful. The grounds good, the food very good. The room was average. Wifi was very good.
The bed was a little hard, you couldn't open the window, the extractor fan in the bathroom was broken so there was a lot of condensation.
Very peaceful, clean and great staff.
Peaceful, relaxed, staff polite, food was great
Not enough tea bags or milk and sugar in the room
We were welcomed by a very pleasant and helpful lady on reception who booked us in, although it was a cold damp day our room was warm and comfortable, the bar area was a pleasant relaxing space. Our breakfasts were of very good quality and cooked to our liking. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay at Heacham Manor and we intend to return in the near future, Hopefully when the weather is a bit kinder. Thank you.
It’s in a lovely quiet spot. Everybody was lovely and friendly, and the building was stunning along with the decor.
The decor the atmosphere, staff the location and formalities
Location
Room was dirty, badly maintained and it was noisy
Liked the location and the exterior of the building was great
The carpets throughout were stained and worn in places
Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and welcoming.Good foodNice property and location
Nothing really . Broccoli was a bit tired on my meal if O had to think of something Great value stay Nothing was a trouble
The main hotel building was lovely and situated in a picturesque village close to hunstanton and Sandringham and great base for exploring norfolk. Great amenities including golf club and wellness centre.
The room in the cottage building was in need of refurbishment. Furniture sparse and shabby and decor needed updating. Very disapointed.
Location is very good. Breakfast was good. Room was really clean and well presented.
We had room 11 in the main building with twin beds. Both mattresses were well past their sell-by date.
The Rooms were very spacious and had everything you needed, food was lovely and staff were friendly
Pillows were too hard, no soft ones available,
Room very comfortable, in good state of decoration and with two arm chairs for sitting and relaxing: dinner was excellent and very good value; breakfast was also good. Location near Snettisham suited us well.
Not much in reality
Large comfortable room, excellent evening meal in the bar and a good breakfast in the morning.
Nice location, excellent restaurant, comfy night.
Lovely large four poster room, very clean, lots of storage and an enormous radiator which kept the room lovely and warm. The restaurant food was superb.
I would have liked to have seen greek yogurt offered alongside the little tubs of normal yogurt got breakfast.
Great location with cosy rooms. We stayed in the cottages - rooms are simply decorated but warm. Hearty breakfast and access to the stream room and sauna. Swimming pool is off-site at their sister property and access is free with a pass.
Pillows were lumpy and the bed wasn't very comfortable. There was a yappy dog staying with a guest on the lower floor of the cottage that barked a lot. We weren't given much/any information about the facilities on check-in and only given minimal information when we asked specifically. We got a pass to access the swimming pool at the sister property but weren't told about timings so when we went there an hour or so after we checked in, it was closing.
