Pros +
- Super quiet & spacious room at the end of the corridor. Getting to the hotel is great access & parking.
- Very welcoming including for our dog. Dog lover in charge of the breakfast and that was very good.
- The breakfast was excellent ? lovely and fresh Need fried eggs
Cons -
- Bed not the most comfortable & cobwebs in room
- Nothing not to like
- The bathroom was definitely not inviting at all. The edge of the bathroom door towards the floor was in a terrible state due to the dampness of the room. The toilet seat and lid were in a bad shape, I even wondered at first if they hadn't been properly cleaned but it was just stained. The rest of the bathroom was fine. What a pity! On a positive note, the receptionist took note of our feedback in a very professional way.

Comfortable bed, quiet location next to the M1. Late arrival was no problem.

only having one bed side table was not useful, also not ideal when there is 2 of you. not happy with that. Also got in to be bed for the first time and there was a poo stain on the bottom sheet so had to sleep on a towel.
Excellent location. Close to the M1 but not on it. Friendly and helpful staff. Great buffet breakfast. Ample parking. Good sized room & very comfortable bed.

Reception staff very helpful, same for the Bar and restaurant staff. The room was warm and comfortable with adequate sockets. Bathroom was a large shower cubicle Wc and wash basin. Plenty of tea, coffee and milk.

The lighting in the bar/ restaurant could have been warmer. Very bright!!
Staff extremely helpful. Matched a room to my specific requirements. Excellent hot water pressure in shower
Room was a little tired in upkeep, cracked mirror, flaking paint and grout in bathroom.
