A friendly and helpful receptionist who was lovely to my children and helped us with our bags. Also, they were very helpful via email after our stay, to help me check for lost property. Situated right next to the hospitality facilities at the services, so great for picking up breakfast.

It's a basic stop over, but that was reflected fairly in the price.

There was loads of knocking noise coming, plus there was loads of dif disturbances noise, in the morning there was no hot water in my room and at the end I had to go without proper shower, I told the maintenance guy call Paulo about the hot water not coming, he straight away accuse me front of Aimy that left the tap in, he told me several time, I said I have just got up, then he said might have someone else, he told me to wait for 10 minutes for hot water in the morning, there was still no hot water for me have shower, then I was told to have shower in someone else who checked out if the room, which wasn’t very nice it was dirty room, even then there wasn’t hot water, I was very disappointed.

Close to everthing I needed

Window was broken , big draft all night. No hand wash or shower gel

Everything very worn, stains and repairs to carpet. Shower not easy to use. Supplied coffee very poor.

Evidence of peeling of surfaces underneath the bedside lamps which were also very flimsy.Staining to many areas of the carpet and sticky feeling alsoStaining and wear to the arms of the bed settee. Very few sachets of coffee.Bed very comfortable.

Julie on reception was friendly and helpful. The rooms are fairly basic but quiet, clean and comfortable and good value for money.

Cold shower and a faulty lock which locked us in.

I love this hotel for a last minute stop over. Comfortable, clean and the staff are Ace!

Easy to get to, right next to the services, small area to walk the dog nearby.

Hotel undergoing renovations and can see why! Carpets old and stained, lamp no pull chain and not working with the wall switches, bare patches near the high traffic areas in the room, thin walls/ceiling - when guests in the room above were walking about normally our walls were shaking.

Very easy to get to and easy check in with helpful & friendly reception. Perfect to rest during a long motorway journey.

It was cheap and in a good location for what we needed. TV was alright.

Very noisy, floorboards creaked everywhere on the stairs in the room and corridors. Room had a smell to it. Bed moved away from the wall causing uncomfort. Floor in the bathroom was bouncy around the toilet.
