It was comfortable and spacious with a great view.

There was no breakfast when the app said there would be.

Very close to town without being in town, river frontage only 7 rooms so very quiet.??

The staff was helpful and welcome. The location is very good and it is next to the port channel. They have a seafood restaurant in the building with an open terrace. In the summer time it shall be nice to spend a time there and enjoy fresh seafood..

There was not standard hotel breakfast available during our stay. It was not a problem to us as there are a lot of nice caffes around. The room is spacious and it includes all necessary amenities, however our room was in the attic floor and for a tall person it can be challenging. the ceiling is quite low.

Nice location.

No breakfast available until 11 am. Reception was still closed at 09:00. Sauna should be pre reserved well in advance, not possible to visit.

Wasn’t clean. Bed sheets seemed unchanged and with stains. Some hair on bed sheets and towels. Dirty floor.

Very comfortable. Perfect location to wander the promnade. This building has interesting history, too. There is a restaurant on site that is marvelous! When you are offered breakfast, TAKE IT! It is a helluva bargain for the amount of food you receive. Would definitely return.

Nothing negative to say. However, if you are looking for the spa services, it's a bit of a mystery. The receptionists are very helpful and will surely be able to get the info.

Staff was really polite and humble. We arrived later and they left instructions how to check in. Room was really nice and tidy. View was excellent. Breakfast was delicious and lot to choose from. Thank you again!

Staff was very welcoming and size of the room was extremely spacious and confortable.

Rooms and breakfast restaurant is not accessible by lift. So a little challenging for baby stroller.

The room were very full of room-perfume it was too much- the staff was very nice to remove it.

Perfect location, old building (and renovated with expensive materials, only designer was not invited here)

- Even proposed- no TV, no internet. It was promised to check availability, but was done nothing / without any explanations during stay- a la carte breakfast (with 2 choices). We were asked to fill form (meal choices) in previous evening+ precise time of breakfast. 1st meal appeared 1h7min later as arranged (even extra coffee was not offered). No water, no juice. Did not wait for desert (it was provided in the room. 20min before checkout)

Good location

Breakfast was good, but it seemed that the boss had instructed to serve the 4 servings for the whole group. But 1 serving at time. Then wait half an hour for the next serving. Alle servings stood in the kitchen and werte ready. This coused, ´thet the warm servings got cold and the whole session was 2 hours. So instead of beeing lukurye serving, it became irrationel. Please give the kitchen staff fre to serve more casuel.

Friendly staff, nice place, specious room and bathroom, very tasty breakfast, parking at the door.

At a breakfast they served us a table when we came, but the table cloath was not cleened from previous eaters, so there were stamps and bread crunches.And there was just one big blanket, they did not have separate beds, I travelled with my adult son, so it was uncomfortable to sleep with just 1 blanket.

The worst stay in a hotel I have ever experienced. Incompetent staff and management. Avoid this place like the plague.My girlfriend is allergic to gluten, and we asked the hotel prior to our arrival whether there are any gluten free options for breakfast and they said they have a special gluten free breakfast offer.When we came for breakfast we confirmed multiple times with the staff that everything served for the gluten free breakfast is in fact without gluten. Long story short - after breakfast we ended up calling the ambulance, and my girlfriend had to spend hours in hospital under heavy medication because the gluten free breakfast was full of gluten (I confirmed this after when I asked to see the packaging of some of the products included in breakfast - it clearly stated it contains wheat/gluten).Fine. Incompetent and untrained staff. I get it. Mistakes happen. Even though this is borderline a crime to be honest and we are still exploring legal actions against the hotel.What is most fascinating about this - the management. They have been unresponsive to my messages and have not issued any compensation for their mistake. The level of professionalism in this place is 0. As you can see from other reviews here - I wish I had checked them before making the booking, the management of the hotel does not care if something is wrong with the guests' stay, which is a clear red flag.Liepaja is a great city, especially, it is amazing to visit in summer. And there are some nice hotels in the city, this one just is not one of them.

Very nice personnel and super comfy bed. Felt like at home. Breakfast was exceptional.

Cleaning could have been improved. All the rest is perfect.
