Beautiful decor and relaxing atmosphere. The spa is lovely and the staff were all so friendly.

Issues with heating In the room I also was under he impression I had a room with the big bath for sharing sadly was just a small normal bath so that was disappointing or I would of had the upgrade I was offered when I booked

Beautiful place - old farmhouse converted into small luxury hotel - the living rooms, bar and restaurant are lovely and cozy - the food was outstanding and the staff in the restaurant were just wonderful.The room was good size and good mattress but the bathroom was small - also lots of noise from the plumbing which was not relaxing when in the room during the day - heatpumps at night were noisy as well. Overall though a beautiful property

We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. Comfortable lounges. Great food. Cannot rate the staff any higher. Very friendly and helpful.

Couple of parking spaces are very tight but not a massive issue.

Location - set on the ridge above Broadway. Everything about the property is perfect. The style, decor the staff, the dining rooms, the bedroom - quiet, comfortable, the shower - amazing water pressure !

It is expensive, but the money that has gone into it has made the place exceptional.

room view was terrible, ugly ceiling and people could see straight into the bathroom from the cafe!

Would have liked to be told we could eat outside with the dog. The shed was a bit cafe rather than restaurant.

The staff are so friendly and welcoming, the hotel is extremely clean and the rooms are spacious and very comfortable

Could not fault it in any way,from the warm welcome when we arrived to our departure the staff were so pleasant and helpful without being intrusive.We had lovely modern Room23 in the courtyard.Food and service excellent particularly breakfasts.Relaxed ambience.

A beautiful fascinating hotel, the ambiance was superb, tastefully furnished and decorated, a real home from home. Staff were competent and very thoughtful and caring.
