Cons -

The bedroom we were allocated was in a basement. No window for fresh air, the room had a glass panel which looked directly out onto the pool. Absolutely appalling, children swimming lessons on from early morning to late. No privacy for us or the children.
Our room was substandard compared to our previous stays. Shockingly substandard. Broken hangers, toilet seat too small for toilet and broken and dangerously wiggly. No bathroom amenities except for a hand soap dispenser that had fallen off the wall, MORE

USB ports not working,door keys not working for both rooms a few times, black tape covering lift buttons, disabled door button missing at entrance, poor drinks selection in bar, phone in rooms not working,management should address this.Could be 4* but not

Very clean, nice stuff, secure - in the night the main entrance was closed!

We didn't have mini refrigerator in the room ...

The staff were welcoming. Room clean enough.

The room had no windows to open and the air con was crap. The room was somewhere around 4592834 degrees. Couldn't get the rainforest shower to work, perhaps instructions on which buttons to push would of helped. View of a swimming pool, bit odd.

Location for purpose of visit

Room had a cigar smell, I complained about this and the staff advised they would let management know. That was no good to me, they did not offer to move room or anything.

Extended my stay at this hotel because I liked it so much. Hotel employee at reception was so nice(like an old friend). She got me a room that I wanted, helped me find transit and locations, etc. Definately above and beyond. Pool, Gym, comfy bed, good wifi
