Very comfy beds. Clean room

No onsite parking. There’s a car park down the road which the hotel do reimburse you for however

The manger was amazing and the food was outstanding

The bed was really uncomfortable No signal on tv Shower was broken Really load noise coming from the bathroom

The sash window was broken. And so was the window lock broken. The hot water tap of the sink made a dreadful noise when being turned on.

Food was excellent. Staff friendly and helpful

Just decor was be a little tired.

Nice yellow-painted room at a great location in the centre of town (stayed before)

Strange 'tugging' sound, like a boat engine, in the evening (finished by midnight).

room was a good size for 4 ladies , double bed and bunks

shower wasn't powerful ,but did the job .lots of stairs to get to the family room , but a member of staff helped us up with all our luggage.

Beautiful, spacious room. Staff was super nice and helpful. Several good food places and shops nearby.

Recommended car park is about a 5 minute walk away, but is free overnight.

Didnt have breakfast..location was excellent

Pipes in th bathroom kept rattling so loud i thought they were going to explode....room seemed to be on tip of the kitchen and was constantly hot even with the fan going

The room was extremely hot last night we had the windows open all night obviously there was a fight break out last night so this kept us awake the windows open upwards by sliding never would I stay in this hotel with young children too dangerous the fan that was on the floor free standing was filthy with dust and didn’t work well the other fan we found in the wardrobe worked luckily as the room was extremely hot all night the pillows were terrible thin I feel a hotel room the main focus is cleanliness and comfort the bathroom ceiling fan was full with dust along with the loud noise of the toilet flushing from a over and when we flushed our own it’s was extremely loud same when using the showers the bed was uncomfortable and collapsed at one point where the slats moved off from under the mattress not great to be honest the room was not fair for the price Overall we still left the cleaners a funny thing to remember us by although we were not happy with many things we are positive people and would hope if we ever returned in the future that maybe the problems we had would be resolved as I feel it’s a nice pub hotel friendly and spacious just needs some TLC and upgrades to really bring back the comfort

The room. Very tired! Can accept it for one night, to be put in a lesser room. But it was too warm, we could smell the kitchen venting. And the bathroom had mould. Not the greatest.

They had a wedding on the day of our stay and we wasn’t notified, then letting smoke machines off in the evening making the fire alarms go off late when we was trying to sleep

The bed was really comfortable and the bath was really good.

The shower leaked

The bed was extremely comfortable, and I was absolutely over the moon that I had a gorgeous bath in my en suite yay

The shower was broken and flooded the bathroom floor
