    Pros +

    • Nothing. This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in my life.
    • The room was quiet with an excellent hot breakfast. They went out of their way to assist me with gluten free options. The staff were great helping us with transportation.
    • The breakfasts were good, if monotonous. Near to buses and tube station not far away

    Cons -

    • The location of the hotel is very bad. It is way too far from the central london city. The hotel is really surprisingly old. The bed is really old. I think the hotel could be 0.5 star.
    • We could have used help getting our luggage up the narrow stairways. We are seniors and I struggle just getting myself up stairs.
    • Very basic. Horrendous noise, someone walking all night and day in the room above us. Our complaints were ignored. We were next to the banging outside door and restaurant kitchen meant noise until early hours. Stained sheets, lack of toilet paper etc.

    5StephenPosted on: 2-12-2026

    It was clean

Poor facilities, cold rooms, milk wasn’t fresh and coffee was very poor.

    7StevePosted on: 2-8-2026

    Location was ok

Attention to detail twin room one coffee portion no back up toilet roll. Breakfast not good at all flasks with tea and coffee not marked mushrooms cold sausage too spicy for breakfast in fact left most of breakfast table dirty no brown sauce nor brown sugar for coffee

    The price, cleanliness and breakfast

I stayed twice once for 5 nights and the room was nice and the second stay for 2 nights although the second room was spacious it was less comfortable and older

    8DavePosted on: 1-9-2026

Friendly staff. Good parking. Public transport virtually at the front door.

    7GillianPosted on: 1-7-2026

Location was good for our purpose.

We have just received a parking charge of £100 for using the carpark overnight. Our car was registered at the hotel and therefore parked legally. We will be appealing.

I loved the ambience of the hotel. It was tidy and comfortable. The heating was also very good. I enjoyed the proximity to the shopping areas and especially the bus station.

The winding way to my room. It was a bit difficult to get my luggage through while checking in and same when checking out.

    Bad

The staff member was not helpful on arrival, stating he couldn’t find the booking and then after waiting and having to state the details numerous times the booking was finally found on the system. Not good overall in general either

    4AlanPosted on: 12-26-2025

It was a cheap option for a Christmas day stay.

The rooms and decor is very dated. The shower was very poor and the shower door came off.

    5MyrabPosted on: 12-23-2025

Staff were ok. Reception area welcoming. Car park handy.

The bedroom was dated. Shower not nice. No plug in wash basin. Very small en suite. Bed hard as nails. .

    4AloisiaPosted on: 12-22-2025

The hotel is easy to find and commute from. There's a bus stop a couple of minutes away taking you to Ealing Broadway. Our room was clean and basics were provided. The reception area was well maintained and welcoming.

Although our room was large the furniture was rather old and dated. The bathroom was very small.Shower pressure was very low.Our bed was also lumpy and uncomfortable.

    6UnknownPosted on: 12-20-2025

It was very kind of you to check us in an hour earlier, thank you. Comfortable mattress. Clean linen.

The rooms were not clean - there were beer corks lying around, there was dust, the towel was dirty. The street is very noisy - it's hard to sleep from 7 am, cars start driving and honking. It's a 15-20 minute walk to Boston Manor metro, 20-25 minute walk to Elizabeth Line.

    7EamonPosted on: 12-15-2025

Clean, room was a reasonable size, good budget hotel

Dated but ok as a budget hotel

    6MelaniePosted on: 12-14-2025

Location wise was great. Staff friendly and helpful

Rooms very clean but overpowering smell of bleach. Some furniture could do with updating. Everything you needed in the room. We only stayed one night. Beds comfy.
