Yarrow Hotel

Lovely hotel, super clean, excellent staff, fabulous breakfast.

Breakfast. Dinner

We asked for a quiet room, however there was a constant thrumming noise which prevented sleep. Reception said it was an air filter and that all rooms had them. The only way to stop the noise was to turn off the electricity to the room, we were told. I was offered ear plugs; they made no difference.

Parking on site. Short walk to the town although the hill back might challenge some. Large comfortable rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast.

The bar shuts quite early it seems.

Amazing selection of breakfast. The staff were amazing as well. Very engaging. The room was the perfect size for a solo traveller. Well located and it's a walking distance to the beach as well as the high street.

The room was too noisy at night. A lot of knocking sound from above. Rooms were cleaned however, they were not vacuumed daily so there were dirt everywhere on the floor.

Lovely staff, really comfy rooms, great value and amazing buffet breakfast including the morning!

Have stayed at The Yarrow before. It's always has a 'homely' feel to it and the staff are amazing. Always smiling and happy to help. There are a few extra touches like the fabulous home made ginger biscuits with our coffee.

Nothing in particular, but there is always room to improve.

Well presented hotel & staff were very friendly & helpful. Great breakfast

Maybe a little hot in some areas of the hotel

A lovely spot from which to enjoy the charms of Broadstairs - clean, comfortable, and good breakfast and not too pricey. Very friendly staff.

Spacious and comfortable room. Good choice at breakfast. Staff very friendly, courteous and efficient. We like the hotel's efforts to be environmentally friendly

Whilst applauding the hotels environmental efforts with reduced plastic waste and other measures, we were disappointed not to see any efforts to reduce unnecessary laundering of towels. We carefully hung our towels up but has them replaced with fresh ones after one day. The staff addressed this after we spoke to them but it would be better to have a system as many other hotels do (e.g towels hung up - don't replace; towels on the floor - replace)

Clean, friendly, warm and well decorated.

Fantastic staff. Lovely rooms. Afternoon tea excellent.

It was comfortable but the doors to the bathroom made a loud noise when opening and closing.

The buffet breakfast is always cold.

Very good breakfast with lots of choice.

Would like to be offered a pot of tea or coffee rather than using a machine

The hotel is amazing, good comfortable bed, nice big room. Lovely food, very cosy. The staff are welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble.

Nice spacious roomStaff friendly and helpful

Room had no fridge Toilet didn’t seem very clean had a drain like smell dirty under rimRoom was functional

Polite and courteous staff. Lovely, warm room with good facilities. Third time staying here now and would be back again.

Convenience of situation. Outstanding care and attention of staff. Clean spacious room

Breakfast on 30 Dec was not quite as slick as on previous occasions. We went to breakfast at 9.16 and there was virtually no hot food left which was disappointing. Better experience on 31/12.

Very clean spacious hotel beautifully designed

Lovely feel to the hotel, great decor, very clean, great food

This Hotel is wonderful; we have tried to book before but was always full. The service was exceptional and very friendly. The room was very spacious and clean. We had a special occasion Dinner in the restaurant with lovely food. We will definitely stay again.

We had a twin room and i found the single bed with the sprung edges hard to sleep on, but thats just me.
