Everything x clean, comfy and the staff at the Canterbury bell were exceptional

Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Very good staff.

Room was clean, bed was very comfortable and pub was good with great selection including gluten free options. Location excellent as a minutes walk to bus stop that had loop services to Margate and Ramsgate - get a £6 day pass as it runs to midnight.

Excellent service in the restaurant although it was a bit noisy due to a couple of birthday parties.

Ideally would have liked a quieter area to eat in the dining room but that didn't detract from the food or service.

Evening meal and restaurant and reception staff were brilliant.Room was comfortable and clean

Hand towel was dirty (we didn't report it).Bath was slippery when having a shower.Bedside lights are not bright enough.Hand soap dispenser was very stiff.Muesli or granola would be welcomed at breakfast.

Spent the Easter bank holiday weekend with my partner to visit the East Coast. Location wise was perfect to visit Ramsgate, Margate and Whitstable.Very easy check in and check out process. The room had most amenities that you need and one thing that really struck me was that the hallways always smelled so fresh and pleasant.The Inn is right in the middle of a huge commercial area so you won't lack for anything, you don't even need to drive as it's right there.Plenty of parking as well which is a huge bonus.We only had dinner on one of the evenings and the food was really tasty as well.I would definitely stay here again!!!

A small fridge would be nice and to be able to firmly shut the windows. It wasn't too windy nor too cold to be a bother.

Nice no frills place to stay overnight when visiting family

Had to pay twice due to confusion with booking, was told I would be refunded for the booking I didn’t require, but I wasn’t. It’s the first hotel I’ve stayed in where no bottled water was provided

We stayed in the wheelchair accessible room which was well equipped . Food was great both the morning Breakfast and dinner served by friendly helpful staff. I actually left my Tablet behind. Didn’t realise until 2 days later, contacted hotel via email, got back to me quickly and was easy to arrange to collect the following week which was nice as we got to have lunch in the restaurant ??

The room was comfortable, clean, and tidy. The daily sevicel.was very good .

Staying for six nights, we found that the storage space was very limited, and with a little thought, drawers could be integrated under the table.

The price was really good and worth the it. The room was smaller than I would normally get but for that price you can not really complain.

The bathroom could have been cleaner. When you walked in instantly looked clean, but the more time you spent in the bathroom the more you could see that it wasn't really clean.

Staff were helpful and very pleasant. Room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable.

It would have been nice to have been able to check in earlier than 2:00 p.m.

Staff were friendly, the location was perfect to catch up with family.The shower room was a bit grubby.
