The staff.

Curtains. Also being on the main road net curtains or a venetian blind would be a great advantage for privacy. Could not open curtains as everyone could see into room.

Not enough pillows on the bed. The leaking roof at the3 breakfast table needs to be fixed asap

The location wasn’t far from town or all bus routes needed.The breakfast was great even if items came out slowly.

There were 7 moths in the room, 4 were killed by my partner before I arrived and chucked in the loo but the others we found later on when we were settling down for the night.The main light stopped working overnight, and there was water dripping from the bathroom light when we woke the next morning too.

the room was comfy and warm and a good size

well I think they could have a vegetarian breakfast as well

Information on exact location. We arrived at the location, but it wasn’t clear that the hotel was on a corner and we couldn’t see hotel signs on arrival. Spent about 10-15 minutes getting info from local garage.

Good central heating.Good hot water.Good privacy.

Breakfast too early ending too earlyHaving to literally go outside in the freezing cold, wind and rain , to access the breakfast room.

Could have done with a bit more cleaning .... especially the bathroom sink plughole

Very nice room all be it tired !Lovely breakfast but they need to keep it stocked up as had no bacon, sausages, cups … it was not even a busy morning but it was very tasty.

Wait time for missing breakfast items !Had people in room near me arguing, shouting n swearing n slamming doors at 3am … very bad nights sleep to be fair !

The location is great. Staff are very helpful and have a delicious breakfast.

The poo in the toilet that wouldn’t flush

Being moved Rooms and told it as an upgrade although the second room was much smaller and not same spec

Not Much....It was just convenient.

No parking on actual site on arrival.Chose the executive suite which was absolutely shocking,Huge gap under entrance door,Absolutely no noise control you can hear everything from the doors in the hallway to the people walking in the room above which sounded like.they were aboit to fall through the ceiling,You can hear people talking at reception it has not been adapted to be a hotel its just a slightly converted house.The bed is TERRIBLE the mattress is the cheapest spring mattress on earth.One pillow....we woke up over 10 times during the night.Shower door wouldnt close properly,No sockets by the mirror to get ready.Cheap metal blinds on windows and cutains that dont close.The list goes on.......

The staff was excellent an the night staff called Vishal was brilliant couldn't help us enough let us choose how room as the room they give us had some things wrong so he moved us very chatty an professional

Reception staff are very helpful and polite

I’ve been staying here since early November now and have had various different rooms, the room I stayed in this time the shower isn’t functional there’s no screen and the head looked quite worn.

Lovely place to stay. Affordable with breakfast included.Staff are lovely, Vishal is very helpful at reception and always greets with a polite smile.

We were given room 404 which had a terrible materace on the bed once I complained we were given another room, which had a better bed but was not as good as the first room as I booked a room with a bath and the replacement room had a tiny shower.

Breakfast was good but lack of sausages on second morning of stay and Bacon was very hard Eggs beans hash browns and mushrooms were very nice

Only one pillow each provided ,asked for two extra but none provided the first night ,however requested again next morning and an extra two were provided

Well priced, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good.
