- The staff were pleasant, the room was clean and of good size. Was close to shops and restaurants.
- The room 14 was very small for 2 people, the beds were like gurneys, so small & on wheels, which made the beds move about, you couldn't sit up in bed because as soon as your back hit the wall the bed moved forward due to the wheels. There was no handle on the window. The shower toilet looked like it had been made out of a cupboard. Worst nights sleep, left feeling exhausted...I emailed hotel & got no response...

The position, convenient.
My room had paint peeling from the walls and both radiators. And I still have not been refunded my additional deposit to stay in such a room (which I never have elsewhere). Rude and unhelpful staff also when enquiring about my deposit.

Great location to restaurants, takeaways, pubs and convenience shops. Also good location to gidea park station where it’s so convenient to take the train into the city and to Heathrow. Extremely friendly and accomodating staff. Will definitely stay again if we return
The double bed is made up of 2 single beds pushed together, therefore the middle is uncomfortable. It would be better to have a smaller double bed instead

This is a budget hotel for short stay, provides basic accommodation at fair price, option on breakfast, which was very good.
We booked 2 doubles and a single for the family. We got what I would call an upgrade. We were given an apartment for the 2 double rooms and we had so much spaces.
No issues
Staff were very good
2nd room we was given as heating never worked in the first one was on ground floor and was very noisy. Sounded like there was an air conditioning compressor outside our room. And woke us up twice. The second time I couldn't get back to sleep.
Comfortable beds in a good location.
Climbing up several flights of stairs might be an issue for older folk or those with disabilities.
