Hot water took a while to decide to come out of the showerhead

Fantastically set out and decorated rooms have everything you need Plus some room very luxurious. Staff for absolutely fantastic and friendly and nothing you ask is too much whole place is very clean

Difficulty with parking as no Pacific parking or disable bays

All the staff were very friendly and very helpful. Also the rooms are very, very clean well presented and comfortable.

Lovely position for visiting friends .Parked free and easily .Room was not as good this stay .Will probably use the new Premier inn as the price isn't much difference

Bed was uncomfortable. Shower pressure was that bad couldn't wash hair.Annoying noise to do with the water came on and off although stopped after 8pm but started again at 7am.

Very satisfied all round. We hope to be back in the near future. A very friendly atmosphere. Keep up the high standards. Our requests wrre always met with a smile.

The included breakfast was incredible. I really enjoyed it. The hotel is also really well located and is within walking distance from the trainstation, its directly infront of the beach and the staff are very friendly!

The only thing I didn't love was that the hotel restaurant/pub downstairs closed at 8 p.m but then again, everything in Bognor Regis closes at around that time so its to be expected.

Friendly staff, seafront location, comfortable bed, great choice at breakfast, nice hot shower.

I was in room 5 which must be near to the waste bottle recycling area so could hear all the glass breaking at about 10.30 at night and then again at 6.15 in the morning.Also bathroom window rattles so had to shove some cardboard in the frame to stop the noise as it was windy. I appreciate the weather is not their issue.

Very nice room, food was nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful! Really enjoyed the stay, great value.The location was perfect on the sea front.

Your single bed has bed bugs i have brought them home and now I need to buy a new bed which is going to cost me a small fortune

Good location with bar/restaurant clean and modern offering good view of the sea front. Bed was comfortable and provision of tea/coffee making facilities and toiletries was good.

Room smelt of mould and clear evidence of mould on walls and in shower. Bed sheets had marks on. Shower reduced to a trickle and went cold presumably when other rooms on floor turned on their shower. Kept awake the first night by cleaning cupboard door opposite my room banging in draft and then being kicked by another guest in an attempt to stop the noise. Staff did not ask how my stay was when checking out, just told me to leave key on desk. So unable to provide feedback. Breakfast was ok, but quality of food could be better (sausage was tasteless) and certainly would have been disappointed if I had been paying just for breakfast. I was not offered any more than one cup of tea or coffee at breakfast. Asked for a second cup the first morning, but unable to get staffs attention the second morning as they were too busy comparing TikTok experiences and not attending to guests.

Large luxury bedroom very clean and freshly decorated

We really enjoyed our stay, the rooms exceeded our expectations and the location was lovely by the beach. Breakfast was very good. The team there were all very friendly and happy to help. Lovely room, small but well appointed. Bathrooms were clean and well fitted. Super comfy beds. Lovely feel and decoration. We slept really well and woke up to a lovely view of the sea.

The hotel and start were lovely and room was gorgeous. The obly thing that let it down was that the heating must have gone off about 5pm and my room was freezing. I told a member of staff and she put a radiator in my room which helped. But I know my friends that stayed also said their rooms were freezing !

The navigator hotel is such a lovely homely place to stay. The staff were very friendly and always helpful.The hotel room was very comfortable, and the contents were superb. The breakfast was superb, with a good vegetarian choice, and the service was friendly and professional. Overall we enjoyed our stay, and will be definitely coming back to the navigator hotel to stay.
