Staff were very welcoming and everything was very clean. Access was straight forward and location was in the centre of the town
We were made to feel extremely welcome by Rosie and James at this charming townhouse. We had a slight issue at first with our shower, and James insisted on fixing it immediately, which he did. Every convenience and comfort has been thoughtfully provided. We will stay there again.

Great location, and Rosie was really friendly and helpful

location, staff, communal area and cleanliness
Location, clean and little touches well thought out
Warm welcome, easy access, spotless well decorated room, good water pressure in the shower, good facilities in the room, very comfortable bed
It was clean and well located We like the fact that there was a push to reduce plastics We didn’t like the fact that we had to leave for breakfast and go to a high street cafe , however that said the breakfast was delicious
It felt like a hostelWe didn’t like the fact that we didn’t have any one to greet us we had to navigate the door entry system and had to find our room ourselves We didn’t get told about the locking mechanism of the rooms as we thought it was locked when we left the room and the room was unlocked!! and we were concerned about the fact that the room was a bit noisy due to the building work opposite as the safely netting flapped all night and with no blind on the bathroom left lots of light pouring into the room overnight as the sun rose Concerned about the door opening and the fire safety aspect It was very expensive for what it was
Located right in the middle of the town but surprisingly quiet in the room. Room was comfortable and clean
Slight confusion over breakfast vouchers - but breakfast in moathouse cafe next door was good .
The room was perfect, very comfortable and clean. We appreciated the extra touches such as the night light in the ensuite, cold milk for tea/coffee, cold water, nice shower gel and shampoo, bedroom fan. Easy access, and 10/10 location.
Great location, lovely room and hosts.Great showerComfy bedVery clean
Bottled water in Room would be niceWould have preferred breakfast on site rather than in cafe next door where food was good but very cramped and not very relaxing as very busy.
breakfasted elsewhere
Noise, particularly footfall if there are guests in the room above. Earplugs provided but did not see them till next morning. Not much to be done in such an old building.
The location was perfect close to lovely restaurants and bars and the Castle. Great communication from Rosie the host from the minute we booked. We also met Rosie and James on the day we left lovely couple. The rooms were very clean, nice bedding and comfy bed, soft towels and nice teas and coffee in rooms. Lovely area downstairs to sit if you wish and water, milk, provided in fridge in the lounge area. A lovely two night stay and we would def return to Arundel house.
The room was was immaculate and decorated beautifully. It had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The owners were very friendly and welcoming.
Lovely property in the centre of town. Rooms were very well presented. We stayed in the Queen room and had a very comfortable stay.
Very central, relaxed, easy access, great room, good shower, comfy bed, lovely welcome from Maggie and close to Castle/parking. Will stay again.
Cosy nice hotel in the very center, with comfortable bedding and welcoming staff.
In certain rooms the ceiling is lower than usual, so not very convenient for very tall people
