Comfort Inn Arundel

Good location.

Beds were very uncomfortable, there was a moldy smell, no grab bars in shower, no free breakfast, no A/C.

Staff as always very helpful & breakfast yummy

Needs a bit of updating??? showers not bath & decor a bit dated

East access as on same floor as the reception. Room size generous with two single beds plus a table and two comfortable chairs. Room was clean and fresh. Easy parking

The staff are friendly. Close to the places I need to reach.

There was banging from the room above us in the middle of the night.There is no opinion from beans like tomatoes at the breakfast bar.

The manageress.i can't think of her name.but very helpful and friendly/professional.

The only negative comment was on Sunday it was approx 0930 after breakfast.we couldn't get back into our room.to collect our belongings.we had to get a cleaner to let us in.

Nice and quiet

Guy on the front desk wasnt very helpful when checking out. Asked for an invoice which they printed off for me on my last stay wothout any issues and this chap said to write my email down and they will send it. They did not.

Very nice hotel, very clean, reasonable size bed, staff were welcoming and very polite. Breakfast freshly cooked and met our criteria the way we wanted. Reasonal prices at the bar, not overpriced like some other bars/hotels.

Only issue it's for paying over £100 per night with breakfast, expected rooms be more modern, hotel reminded me of travelodge but more expensive but just personal opinion but it did not ruin our stay

Location into Arundel could be a little closer but no complaints otherwise.

Friendly staff wasn’t too much trouble to order my cab and offered to do it for me.

To he honest I was totally and utterly surprised at the amazingly clean and comfortable stay. It far out reached my expectations and was a joy to stay in. Would highly recommend and will definitely book here everytime we come back. Phenomenally clean and the best nights sleep I've had in a hotel. Gorgeous bedding crisp and clean. Staff were exceptional. What you would expect from a top class hotel not from a Inn. Outstanding.

Absolutely nothing

The property was a perfect location. Easy to find and good parking facilities. They always allocate us with a ground floor room close to reception as requested due to mobility issues. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Comfortable beds, clean and spacious room. Good choice for breakfast. Have been several times and would recommend.

Room was very clean and comfortable, breakfast was excellent, perfect location just a 5 minute drive to the town center.

The staff were friendly and professional. The bar price was very reasonable and the breakfast was good.

The room was very dated with chipped furniture, although the bathroom had been refurbished. Chipped edges to the woodchip bedside table. Bottom of bathroom door chipped and didn't close very well. Bed was very uncomfortable and felt old as it creaked and banged as you turned over. Very poor night's sleep due to the bed.

Easy check in and check out. Comfortable room with all amenities

I arrived at my room later in the evening.It was extremely cold as the heating had not been put on.I slept with my trousers and socks on until 6am.The towels are extremely small

Room was noisy because of McDonald’s next door
