Rubbish pillows. Rather tatty and old fashioned.Breakfast room was stuffy and old fashioned. I’m afraid the service was appalling… The food was limited and very uninspiring
Nice room and clean. Very handy location for visiting the town.Capark
Food awful. Lack of staff and a feeling of disorganisation.
Nice location and the staff were very friendly
Could do with larger mugs for the tea and coffee in the room
Beautiful hotel. We had an amazing room in the old part of the building. It was huge and made for a very relaxing and comfortable stay. I really liked all of the old furniture and antiques dotted around the building as it gave the hotel so much character. Convenient location to explore Arundel.
The room was large and pleasant, bed comfortable. Location great
I think that was well presented, nutritional ,delicious and value for money . All of the staff were friendly, helpful and a credit to the Hotel.
Having a room with a shower or bath/shower. Also having more rooms for the less ambulant on the ground floor.
The building is old but quite well maintained, clearly being repaired/refurbed/regenerated. We stayed in a 3rd floor room which was well equipped, well decorated and very comfortable. The location was perfect to see everything in Arundel and the surrounding area.
The corridors were a little creaky and as a light sleeper this was an issue for me, but wouldn’t be for others
We had a huge room which was nicely decorated and furnished and very comfortable. Check in was easy, there was still enough space in the car park, and we enjoyed staying in a building with such an interesting history. Location was fantastic - right in the middle of town with great restaurants, cafes and shops all around.
the bed was ok. the bath was ok.
I thought it was pretty cheeky being asked to pay for parking. £7.50.And also the price of a breakfast £15.50 each is pretty high. especially as we just stayed the night. at. £130. we ended up going out for breakfast
lovely dining room, excellent full English Breakfast.
Restaurant not open in the evenings.
Very comfortable and warm and right in the heart of town. Perfect location. Great atmosphere. Lots of nice seating areas and especially enjoyed the Norfolk Tap.
There wasn't anything I didn't like. No food available on site the night I was there (new menu coming the next day) but I enjoyed the Red Lion pub right across the road.
Lovely old worldly hotel with a great bedroom and lovely comfortable bed. Hotel is nicely decorated and maintained in a perfect location.
Lighting to the rear courtyard and rooms could be improved
Beautiful property in the centre of Arundel. Very clean and comfortable beds.
