- I have always wanted to stay here and I am so glad I finally did.Room: it was a lovely cosy room with a powerful walk in shower.I has a great night's sleep.Breakfast: there was so much to choose from and it was all so delicious.I really enjoyed having the swimming pool all to myself, for 30 mins each day.I was also able to hire a bicycle for £10 for 2 hours, which was great fun.The staff were All so very friendly and helpful.
- We had a king size room. It had just been redecorated and was pristine. Even a two seater settee to sit on. Sea view. very good breakfasts A lot of choice. Didn't use the swimming pool but it looked very good
Cons -
- Nothing, everything was good.
- Two flights of stairs to room but it was clear when we booked that there were no lifts. There was a quiet coach party visiting too. The organiser ran a bingo session during our celebratory birthday meal. He was Very Loud! The waiters were embarrassed for the rest of us.
- The heating was not on in the rooms only the towel rail was working.a bit cold for staying in January

Excellent position
Noisy small room above the kitchen. Staff said there were no other suitable rooms
The room is big, very clean and spacious. Very welcoming pet pack. An indoor swimming pool is available.
Location, comfort and friendly and efficient staff.
Water pressure was quite low when I wanted to have a bath but maybe understandable in a second floor room. I didn’t use the shower so possibly that would have been better.
The room was clean and the children loved their bunkbeds. The view was stunning and breakfast was great. If staying remember to book your swimming sessions and you have the pool to yourself.
There was a private party that we were not made aware of. If we had we would not have made the booking. It was very noisy and our children did not get to sleep till nearly midnight. The hotel staff were nice and apologetic but we should have been made aware as it did massively effect the whole families sleep
the ambience together with the quirky layout, lovely breakfast and cosy atmosphere
Lovely & comfortable stay, nice food, good relaxing and festive atmosphere. Staff very lovely.
Location, staff, comfortable room
Only sparkling water in room, when asked if it could replaced with ordinary bottled water i was told I had to order it from the bar!!! Spending an extra £8 on water during one nigjts stay!!!
On the beach
Tricky to find route to hotel when we arrived in the dark. Started by going through Butlins….a mistake.Ok once we found Clyde Rd.
Easy to find
They allowed dogs despite the website specifically stating pets were not allowed.
Lovely well presented and clean room, Reception staff very welcoming and accommodating. Excellent location. All staff were friendly and chatty.
Cant think of anything.
Lovely hotel in a great location right by the beach. Our king room with sea view was spacious, bathroom super clean and modern, amazing views from our balcony. The hotel looked after us well, staff were really friendly and they even had little surprises in the room for our children. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. We didn’t have time to use their indoor heated pool but we will definitely have a swim at our next visit! :)
Hospitality top notch! From the reception desk, to the kitchen, we were well taken care of. We stayed for our anniversary and the room had a personal touch with a dessert and a card. Was much appreciated.
Nothing specific
Room was lovely and clean, although room a bit tired and bed base all scratched up. Bathroom tiny and no shelf space to put anything. However, had a lovely stay and breakfast was good. Staff were lovely.
No shelves in bathroom or anywhere to put anything.
Super friendly staff always on hand to help.Room was clean and the breakfast was amazing.
There was nothing that we could fault. The stay was really relaxing and comfortable
Great location, friendly and helpful staff and a good breakfast.Tea and coffee facilities in the room were well stocked.
No hot water so could not have a shower.location was excellent which made the stay that much better.
It was close to the sea and a lovely cafe 50 metres down the prom.
Very narrow corridors and staircases one of which I fell down.
