Very nice little place, perfect for me and my partner. It's a quiet lovely little village, will stay again ?

Decent size room, very well priced and friendly staff.
This room did not have a smart tv like other rooms in the same property.
Convenient for the event I was attending, quiet location. Bed was comfortable.
It was very cold - heating didn’t work even with instructions from owner, just kept turning off. Room was tired and carpet seen better days. Couldn’t get around bathroom door without closing it.
Room met requirements and expectations. Located close to where I needed to be and multitude of food options within a short drive. Comfortable and quiet. Had a good nights sleep after a wet and windy day on the Downs.
The screw heads sticking out of the en-suite floor presumably as a repair were a concern especially with bare feet although once spotted I was careful to avoid standing on them.
Free parking, WiFi and a fair price.
No cooking facilities.
Good affordable accomodation and convenitely located
Electric heaters very unpredictable
Reason for staying was to fish at a local fishery. The accommodation was 10 minutes drive away which was perfect. The accommodation area had great local amenities and set in a very peaceful surroundings.
Unable to answer this question. Am planning to return next year. I have contacted the proprietor directly to thank them for a enjoyable stay.
It was a very spacious room,Easy to find,Had everything we needed for our night.
Could do with some tlc in the bathroom.
Clean comfy & cheap
Bed fairly comfy. Bathroom/shower clean. Easy to access. Close to pubs and restaurant.
Sink very small. Couch seemed to be stained and had a bit of a smell. Lack of plug near kettle.
Worst 10 nights of my...
The location is very very nice, cleanliness is nonexistent, my beddings were so dirty I don’t think they were even cleaned before my arrival, even when I did bring this to the attention of the management, they just covered the dirty duvet with another cover, the dirty pillows had stains and weren’t changed even after I had complained , I was there for 10 nights, my room wasn’t cleaned not even once, under the bed it’s fifth, the bathroom sink is so small, one can’t even wash one’s face in the morning without creating a puddle on the floor. There is a group of coming to Worthing for two weeks every month for the next 6 months, some of the guys stayed at the Regency Rooms in Littlehampton, and theirs was like 5 star for just £3 more a night to what I paid. If they can improve on cleanliness and provide the right size beddings they could be a nice little cozy place. 10 nights and not even once was the room cleaned, that is a record. There is not even a door card to hung on the door to request any housekeeping
Large room, comfortable bed, easy check in.
Stains in toilet and damp smell in room
The location was good and the room was clean. It was good value for the money and I would stay again.
The room was a bit tired in places and the pillows were really uncomfortable. However, given the price point I would stay again in the future.
Big comfortable bed. Good shower, with plenty of hot water. Easy check in and good communication from owner.Lovely views of the downs, and lovely little village.Good tv.
Carpet was not hoovered, and grubby.Although linen and towels were laundered there were a few old stains on 2 pillow cases and the towel.Lack of care generally in the upkeep of the room.Grubby and marked walls with unfinished decor.Cupboards missing handles
The room was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable short stay. The location was perfect for a walk to Cissbury Ring followed by food and drinks in the local pub.Lucy and Clive were extremely helpful and responsive.
Zilch.
I paid this venue via Booking.com in total. They replied to me, that their check in times were outside of my remit. Consequently, I had to find alternative accomadation nearby. The booking was made with a few days before arriving there, as I have asked for a ful refund, they replied they only operate a seven day cancellation policy, which is quite, quite stupid. All I want now is a full refund, no fuss, no further action, if they fail to submit the refund, I shall have to actions to remedy the situation.
Very convenient for work nice and comfortable bed for great night sleep
