Cons -
- Not a lot of teabags in the room and a milk as well
- Nothing it was lovely
- Stayed in room 3, The doors in the hotel are very loud when they close, they need to have something fitted to slow them down when they close, kept us awake when anyone opened a door, had to move rooms which was fine staff were great with this, the 2nd room had no TV signal was very disappointed as this is one of the things we like to have when travelling. Hopefully this will be rectified.

Check in was amazing, and the room was great. Nice and clean, with a comfortable bed and plenty of room.
It was hot! It can't be helped with the weather on the day, but there was no real way of cooling the room.
I've stayed here a few times now, it's a good location for the area and has excellent wifi so I was able to get lots of work done in the evening. The staff are helpful and friendly.
The kitchen was closed on my stay this time so I couldn't get a meal in the evening. Room wasn't the cleanest, bedsheets had marks on and the wooden stirrers in the coffee set had clearly been used before and put back in.
Friendly staff, good breakfast
Poor building maintenance The lift sounded like it was about to break down, very clunky!!We were kept awake by slamming fire doors all night, so loud that the door in our room vibrated!!Both fire doors near our room were poorly adjusted causing them to slam very hard rather than soft close...this became very annoying in the end
Location was good for travelling on Northz
Hair drier didn’t work, bathroom gets very wet when shower is on, door wanted replacing as warped and water damaged.
Staff were lovely. Very dog friendly. Howl of Fame was really lovely...taking our dogs photo was very thoughtful. Warm welcome. Great breakfast
Could hear people in next room
Everything was excellent. I always stay at the IBIS when I am visiting customers' in Lincoln. I never have any complaints. It is value for money and the staff are always pleasant.
Disappointing
Everything was good ,but the beds both me and my daughter had an awful night, barely slept, my bed had 2 toppers on it one bigger than the other I'm an older person and trying g to move on the bed was awful.
The breakfast selection was great and foods are tasty. The location of the hotel is ok, about 20 mins drive to town centre.
The bed was uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The cleanliness could be better, lack of bottled water in the room was disappointing.
Breakfast was good. The location was good.
The WiFi did not work at all.
The location was ideal, as was the car park
The room and bathroom were quite tired with several broken tiles on the bathroom floor. The staff weren't very welcoming nor warm, as if to say they didn't want to be there. I felt like I was an inconvenience
Could have been better
Bacon had been left to long was hard rest of breakfast had been standing to long sinced cooked.Think you should think about cooking when order
Convenient for wedding and reception Clean
Very tired and outdated decor. Bed light fell off the wall when I used it which I reported to reception, but they didn’t seem interested or at all apologetic.
Fair hotel room could of been cleaner hair on bed. Bed very noisy window area very dusty.
Room location
I brought my little dog with me and all the staff were so friendly to her and made a big fuss of her. It really felt a true dog friendly hotel and not just a dog tolerant one! My room was quiet and really comfortable and bigger than I'd expected for the price.
No information in the room about hotel - would have been nice to have information on breakfast !!
The comfort and cleanliness was over the moon! I didn't want to get off the bed because it was so cosy. I enjoyed the peace I needed as there was no disturbance of any sort. Beautiful and spacious car park. Friendly receptionist too.
It’s fine for work and lounge area and staff are always very accommodating… one big down tick though… and this is only recent … they have started charging £3 for a drink at their previously complimentary hot drink self service machine… this was a lovely little and much appreciated perk and I know many people have told me they won’t be returning!!!… not me however, I will continue to be a loyal customer ✅ oh security cctv cameras in the car park would be a good initiative as a lot of the antique dealers in antique fairs week have vans in there full of valuable stock !
