The room was immaculate, the water pressure in the shower was fantastic, and the staff were so friendly.

That I had to leave. :-(

Fantastic shower, lovely staff, great location. Bed was super comfy.

Location to what we had planned. Breakfast was great.

Noisy pub right under our room. No hot water the first night - staff were attentive but couldn’t get it fixed until the next day. They did pay for our dinner the next night.

Accommodation was booked at short notice during hurricane. Exceeded expectations with pub and restaurant facilities very good for this grade of hotel. One of the two rooms we booked recently had a bathroom upgrade, the other probably awaiting upgrade but free from problems and price reflected the difference. Meals were excellent. Would stay again if visiting Auchterarder.

No hot water in the morning couldn't get a shower before our 8 hour drive home, had to fill kettle with glasses of water as very difficult to unplug the (travel)kettle from behind mirror

Very basic, tiny room, poor breakfast. Room was clean

Excellent food and excellent service in the restaurant.

Our room was very, very small with just a few hooks on which to hang coats. Nowhere to put anything else.

Central location, beer garden, the restaurant was excellent, the small lounge was great. The tv screens that hubby could watch the rugby while I sat in lovely comfortable surroundings. Staff were very friendly and overall a fantastic place to stay.

Staff friendly and helpful. Bar was a nice, relaxed feel. restaurant food was excellent as was breakfast. We stayed a Saturday night and the Live music was also good. We enjoyed our 1 night stay.

Food was really good

We stayed on a Thursday night and live music kept us awake when we needed up early. Just wish we had been informed first.

Really spacious room, massive comfy bed and great waterfall shower. Staff were really friendly and welcoming too.Bonus points for not scrimping on the teas and coffees available in the room for guests.

Parking is extremely limited, there was no space for us at the hotel but we got free parking close by.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly the room was clean lovely thick towels plenty of hot water and comfortable bed

The Indian restaurant on site was very tasty for dinner.

Female bar staff member at night was extremely rude. Very cheeky to customers. Scottish breakfast was pathetic, undercooked & very small portions. Carpets on stairs were ripped & dirty.

Lovely staff, amazing food, clean and comfortable room what more can you ask for. Also the best chicken pakora I've ever had!

No bath towel but wasn't a major hassle just used hand towel to get dried with ?

Nice hot chocolate sachets and biscuits. When the water wasn't working for the shower the staff were very nice and sorted the problem quickly

No WiFi in the room so couldn't do any work, the network appeared if I stood near the door but couldn't connect and then disappeared if I moved from there. Had to leave before the time breakfast started, an hour isn't a very long window from 8:30am , though I understand why it's later at the weekend

Staff were very helpful, especially May who seemed to be a lady of all trades. As I was there for one night as attending my son’s wedding the following day I had a hair appt at the one hour slot for breakfast. They kindly arranged it earlier. There was no mirror in our room suitable for me getting changed for the wedding but one was provided when I asked. May also helped carry our luggage to the car when we left for the wedding venue. She was a star!

Worse nights sleep. I got into bed and rolled over…. Wow there was a huge dip in the mattress I felt like I was rolling down a mountain! Had back ache and really tired for the busy and long day ahead. Apparently, we were told, that was the only room that hadn’t had a new mattress?‍♀️ why put us in there when other rooms were empty ? the mirror was brought from an empty room ? not a good start to a special occasion

I stayed for work to attend an interview in Gleneagles Hotel - I was pleasantly surprised regarding the rooms in the hotel, my bed was extremely comfortable and the room was a good size for a myself - the shower was a bit small and I noticed some hair on the floor in the bathroom only a small issue and I had dinner in the restaurant it was extremely busy and my Chicken Korma was delicious would recommend for anyone who is staying in the area on business or leisure - loved also how the TV was a Smart TV as I was able to relax in my room and watch my show on Netflix while preparing for my interview. Thank you all each team member was pleasant

Would have loved to have had a latte with my breakfast however the coffee was good
