Lovely staff and rooms are really nice
Buffet breakfast was terrible . Not brought out all together. Cold and uncooked food very poor really lets the place down
It was a lovely size big room the bed was so comfy the swimming was lovely and it was lovely views from the room. Evening meal was lovely as well the waitress was a diamond. And breakfast was lovely as well.
There was nothing we didn't like but the room could of done with a mini fridge in the room just so we could keep our milk cold as my partner has different milk to us.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.
I stayed in room 19 and the mattress was lumpy and you can feel the springs. Needs a new mattress

Room could do with a sofaShower needs a tray for soap/ shampoo
Staff were friendly, accommodating and very polite. The room was well kept and very picturesque scenery.Facilities were very well kept and clean. Very much enjoyed our stay.
Every member of staff we spoke with were friendly and welcoming. Donna,on reception, was very helpful. All of the staff who served us at the bar and in the restaurant were lovely. The whole place was very clean and we loved the fact we could use the facilities after we had checked out.
Personally i would like a choice of a soft and firm pillow but thats just personal preference.
It was very relaxing and clean
The tv was behind the post of the 4 poster bed so couldn’t watch TV
Staff were lovely, breakfast was stunning and freshly made.
No coffee in the in room tea and coffee station but not a big deal at all

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Our room was huge and lovely and the breakfast was amazing!
Nothing!
The setting the room was lovely
The only thing missing was a book with the hotels dining facilities, leisure pool hours , house keeping and room service
Location and room
No heating Xmas eve and most of Xmas day, using convection heaters that barely did anything. We had a very overpriced Xmas dinner and it was not to a lot of people’s liking including us. Most people had their coats on all through the meal. They offered no compensation although we did complain to reception.
The lady on reception was so welcoming. The rooms are spacious and quiet. The evening meal was superb, cant fault it.
Rooms are dated and I didnt have a desk to work. The gym doesnt open until 7 and neither does breakfast not good if your working away and have to be on the road. That been said for a getaway it would be lovely
Beautiful location, well maintained, staff very friendly and helpful. Food brilliant, huge breakfast and we really enjoyed the meals in the bar and restaurant. Lovely pool with 2 jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Great for a relaxing break.
Staff, Bed, Size of Room, View, Breakfast.
No info pack in room, no water in room, no extra pillows, no coat hooks, no mini fridge, small TV for such a large room, very small and limited bathroom toiletries.
Hotel was lovely Room was amazing Brilliant staffWonderful food and facilities
Our room was next to a quest who had a dog and every time the dog was left in the room on its own it barked non stopMost mornings and evening for over an hour Not the relaxing break we wanted or expected from such a lovely hotel
