Friendly staff, lovely room, great location and delicious breakfast

Restaurant wasn't open for our stay which was a shame as looked beautiful

As off season the restaurant and bar were not available but team did inform us in advance of arrival.

No food being served in the evening. However there were plenty of other places to eat.

Lovely hotel in a great spot in Dartmouth. Comfy room, warm welcome and outstanding breakfast!

The staff were very cheery and very friendly. The breakfast is the best we have had, beautifully cooked. Location was great, lose to everything.

The location is ideal to shops and Harbour.. The breakfast was super. Owners helpful and friendly. We would stay again.

The bed was very comfortable and the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean.

Unfortunately it wasn’t very busy and therefore the bar and restaurant weren’t open. This in no at impacted our stay we found restaurants and bars quite nearby.

The location was good, parking voucher made the stay easier. Breakfast was very personalised and service excellent.

The ground floor on entry smelt damp but first floor room didn’t thankfully.

It was a cold night and the room was quite cold.

Position is very convenient and you can get a parking permit for car park which is really handy. Bed comfy and clean room. Breakfast good although the toast was more warm bread than toast! Friendly staff

Bar only open until 8pm no food on offer other than breakfast. Communal areas looking a little tired and lots of cobwebs and dying plants around.

Good location, short walk to the town centre.

The brasserie was closed during our stay. This was a disappointment as this meant we had to go out at night to eat. Would have been nice to know this at time of booking. Breakfast was good

Breakfast was great especially fruit and yoghurt and marmite available! Bedrooo had plenty of space

Very clean and comfortable throughout, the staff were amazing and made our stay very enjoyable. We would definitely recommend browns hotel to anyone looking to visit Dartmouth.

The staff were super helpful and the location was perfect. We booked at the last minute and had a suite on the top floor which was huge and very comfortable. The breakfast was lovely too.

It's an old property so the floor in the bedroom was a rather uneven and takes a bit of getting use to, but that's not uncommon in the older properties in Dartmouth and can't be helped.

The room was lovely, The breakfast is outstanding and the staff are super friendly and extremely helpful!!!!

The stairs to my room but, that's not the hotels fault that I have terrible knees.

Help with luggage on arrival from friendly and efficient manager. Well appointed room with sofa and comfortable bed, excellent bathroom with bath and shower. Good range of choices at breakfast. Quiet location despite close proximity to centre of town.
