Very dusty

Clean. Tidy. Rooms were well set up and maintained. Staff are very helpful and polite.

Lack of parking.

Staff very friendly and helpful. We were able to leave a bag the next day. The room was clean.

There were no hooks to hang up a toilet bag nor was there much in the way or surface or tables. We were both cold and there were no extra blankets in the room.

Great location … maybe a little expensive as there was no breakfast but it was the cheapest nice place in Dartmouth

Central Location. They do food in the restaurant below.

There were too many dogs in the restaurant. They were well-behaved but lying all over the floor making it difficult to move around. Their presence also made the place smell a bit like a dog kennel. I appreciate the dilemma you will lose custom if you don't accept dogs but equally I now look for restaurants that don't accept dogs. This was not the only restaurants that had this problem.

Room was clean and warm and a good size. Nice location in centre of the town.

Upon arrival the doors were closed, no bell or intercom....eventually a staff member arrived saying she was 'on a break' , no welcome, left me standing in the bar whilst she continued a personal phone call, no apology. The shower in my room had black mould around the base and smelt musty. The lower set of stairs needed a good clean, and the area around the outide entrance was scattered with fag ends...not a good first impression !

Excellent location with the view out the window of the church. Plenty of space in the room. Modern decoration and facilities. Rooms located above a lovely cosy pub. No sound could be heard in the rooms from the pub. Excellent food available too.

Only issue would be no parking on site, but depending on time of year for availability, it’s close to the main town car park with 24 hour parking and out of summer season, free 24 hour parking is available on the quayside in the town.

Location was excellent. Facilities in room were good but a couple of chairs would have been good. Excellent shower.

Car Parking. We were offered parking by Pub at £15 a day which was too expensive. We ended up playing Shuffle between Car Park and overnight on street parking which was annoying but saved almost £20 for 2 days? £10 a day would have been reasonable.

Welcoming staff and lovely room with very comfy beds and was really clean.

No where to leave the key when we left as we weren't sure if to leave it in the room or not.

Ideal position in town centre with popular pub and eating below. Nice room with good facilities but no outlook. Being on the second floor with no lift coud restrict accommodation for disabled.
