Pros +
- location, nice staff
- Fabulous location
- Wonderful quaint hotel in historic Haworth in the heart of town, steps away from the Bronte Parsonage Museum and old church. We had a delicious dinner in their delightful old pub & restaurant downstairs, which was a big plus. Helpful staff.
Cons -
- Room's are very tired and over priced.Walls are so thin we could hear the people in the next room having a bath at 10 pm and again at 4 am.This place is 2 Star at bestVery disappointing.
- Not specific to the hotel, but moreso about Booking.com - the arrangement did not include their breakfast, which most other guests, who had booked through other venues, already had included.
- Staff were short handed and run off their feet in the bar and restaurant -however it was a busy weekend. Location instructions to the hotel parking could be a little clearer.

Location on Haworth's main street. Tiny room with ensuite was just big enough for me. Price not justified though. Everything is old
Ideal location at the top of the main street where all the shops, cafe's, bars and restaurants were. Easy access to the walking trails. Hotel was lovely, very in keeping with the traditional feel of the area. Restaurant was great, food quality and menu was surprisingly good. We will visit again for sure.

Lovely charming hotel in a perfect location and very friendly staff.Charming rooms with lovely view of the moors And very good facilities. The food was freshly cooked and good quality.
Relaxed Atmosphere, good food, interactions with the staff. Stayed in the famous room 7 ?
Size of the TV ?
Location and the staff have always been lovely.this is our 3rd year of coming here and staying in the same place we will back next year
The location is good.
Once you have passed the horrible stench of tobacco at the front door the hotel/inn is actually adequate albeit a little dreary and quite outdated. The low score is purely for the management's policy of not including breakfast for visitors making a reservation via booking.com. The guy checking-in in front of me paid less for the room and got breakfast included by going direct but when I checked in I was told because I came through booking.com it wasn't included and would be an extra tenner. When questioned why they did that the response was, "we need to recoup the 18% commission booking.com charge us somehow and we do that via the customer!" It's their business but I would politely suggest that if you want all the benefits of being on a hotel planner website you should suck up the associated costs and do not try and rip your clients off. Ultimately it cost them because instead of eating with them like I had planned to I went down to The Fleece (highly recommended) for my evening meal and several drinks. I would rather spend my money with businesses that value their customers.
Have a lovely 2 nights stay with my husband for his 60th birthday. The staff were lovely and pleasant. The food was lovely and filling. Breakfast was plentiful and good choices available. Very clean and tidy. Fantastic location beautiful views . Will be visiting again soon x
Carnt really say I disliked any think ?
Nice helpful and friendly staff. Clean room
Have 6 parking spaces but back three get blocked in. Council car park only has up to 12 hours not 24. But that is nit picking really as this place was built before cars became popular.
Location was just perfect, made even better with on site parking which was an absolute bonus.Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and extremely good value for money.
Nothing to put in this section as the whole stay was extremely positive.
The hotel is charming, the rooms are spotless and cosy, the staff are fab, the food is some of the best in the village - there’s nothing to not love about The Old White Lion
Very friendly oldy pub lovely staff very comfortable clean room good location
The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Haworth. The staff were also very helpful and friendly.
No fault of the hotel, but the pub opposite my room had karaoke night the night I stayed, which was pretty loud.
Extremely helpful staff (especially when we found ourselves snowed into the village that morning!). The meals were great, and the beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay there.
Nothing, it was great.
Location perfect and managed to get a parking spot .Staff lovely and it was a really nice pub for drinks. The rooms were spacious and clean.Bedding and towels high quality.Nice selection of beverages in room.and biscuits.Big deep bath and good shower.Loved staying here, didn't have breakfast but it all looked lovely.
