Good location

Didn't like a dog eating cereals off the floor when I'm eating my food.

Situated in a great location. Great Staff. Facilities are okay. Room was clean.

Free parking, plenty space, clean modern, excellent staff, location next to M1, but quiet, good breakfast.

Clean spacious great situation.

Bed too hard

Very nice stay.Claude was the perfect gent,breakfast was amazing,rooms spotless and staff very friendly.i stay in hotels all week every week,this is one of the best.Beds small for 2 but comfy.superb.

Serene environment,easy to locate as it was close to the motor way.

Rugs were looking old and stained.

So receptive and well comfortable environment and the staff are fantastic

The rooms are clean tidy

From entering the hotel to leaving everything was perfect. One of the nicest, cleanest, welcoming hotels we have stayed in. Bed was enormous, shower great, room facilities perfect.Bar was well stocked and good price. Breakfast was perfect buffet still, hot and freshly cooked, amazing choices of fruit, pastries, cereals, drinks and cooked food. Also being able to take some away with you if stuck for time.Parking was great, location perfect for just off the motorway and no noise in room.

There was nothing we did not like.

The lady at the front desk was very welcoming I think her name is cassie? (Something like that) she was very sweet kind and helpful,made us feel welcome from the minute we came in She’s a credit to you company Very clean everywhere Comfy bed Breakfast was nice Really nice time all round

Lifts made me nervous

Quiet. Comfy bed. Easy check in. Adequate bathroom. Excellent breakfast.

Curtain in room 117 were very dirty. Bathroom sink far too low.

My downstairs room was cold I had to get a heater from reception also hot water in sink only lukewarm

Breakfast was awful. Poor selection. Unhelpful staff I usually have yogurt & fruit, but only a fruit compote. Available, which i. Couldn't eat due to an allergy to blackcurrants. Asked, but no other option is available. ( told that's it nothing else. Buy a miserable woman) Undercooked food, hash browns & sausages looked anaemic. Bacon burnt. If it wasn't included in deff would pay for it. Harvester over the road.

Good value with breakfast included, friendly staff, good location for access to Northampton

Some of the decor a little tired but for a budget end hotel it was a great experience

Nothing to be honest

No complimentary tea /coffee and the fact that there were people I presume were from the nearby YMCA hanging around outside smoking drugs .

The room was spacious comfortable and provided everything I needed. The bed was huge and I slept really well

The breakfast was average. Ran out of bacon and croissants which were later replaced but there was a delay. Not much choice of fresh fruit or healthy bread. All hot food kept warm so greasy and not very tasty. Only scrambled egg available. Sorry but it was as most hotel buffet breakfasts are these days and I am fussy.

Friendly and helpful staff. Always a comfortable stay, when I've been. The room is very spacious and clean.With tea/coffee making facilities, fresh towels and toiletries. Iron/ ironing board in the room. Everything I needed for my short stay.

Friendly staff, room comfortable. Buffet breakfast great. Able to enjoy more of facilities this year due to earlier arrival time. Enjoyed a meal in the evening in restaurant and drinks in the bar.

Service at the bar was slow but got better as evening went on as one staff dealing with arrivals as well as bar area.

Friendly welcome especially the lady who got our travel cot and gave us a sheet to line it
