Really good location. Staff were lovely especially in the cafe father & son. Made us feel so welcome couldn’t do enough for us would definitely re visit.

Only saw one member of staff who wasn't that helpful, I think I was the only one in the place , no one there when I checked out, room was clean but dated.

It’s a massive hotel, geared towards the coach travel crowd.. we were stuck in the furthest room, which wasn’t a real problem except the wifi was dicey

Breakfast was pre ordered the night before & was in the attached cafe- located through the hotel so no different to a usual restaurant. Could order what you wanted, price varied I think. We all had the traditional cooked breakfast & for us the food was excellent, well cooked & tasty. Not the traditional bacon, but was still very good & would have again.Cereals were available, we just had enough with the hot food, served to our table.Lovely friendly staff, very keen to please.Large car park at the rear, free to guests- book in at reception.Lovely location, next to Cleveland Way. Another time would like a longer stay so we could have a walk too, not just visit friends.Rooms adequate. Lots of furniture so was a bit cramped. Comfortable bed. Clean sizable shower, pressure a bit low. All very clean.

For us petty things only, nothing to stop us going back.Not everyone would want the alternative bacon, but it is more healthy so more than acceptable.Room could have been more spacious but lots of furniture to use for those with longer stays, we were there only one night.Nice clean shower, stronger pressure would have been preferred.

Great quiet location and the manager Abi was a pleasure to spend time with. Christina was excellent to deal with and the home cooked food was first class

The breakfast was very good as with the evening meals it was warm and comfortable the staff made us very welcome they pointed out the areas to walk from the hotel and there is also a cycle track next to as well.ps the room 15 we had was excellent.

We were out most of the time we were quite happy with what we had.

Floor makes a lot of noise when stepping on it. Not much choice for breakfast.

We had an amazing time from the moment of arriving we were greeted with a smile then went to our room which felt like home all facilities were there what we needed room service was fast n food was unbelievable we had amazing night sleep and then awoken up to go down to breakfast which had everything we wanted we will be back for sure

Lovely and peaceful place. Staff very friendly and a great breakfast. Very thoughtful with items in the room.
