The staff were caring yet professional

They did not respond to my email asking what specific services they provided

Room was clean, tidy and comfortable. The staff were very very friednly and helpful (especially the bar staff!!). I had a reception in the evening at the hotel which was really well serviced and the food was very good.

Breakfast was really good and plenty of choice.

Although the food was beautifully presented, the portions were quite small, especially the puddings. Although cooked perfectly my husbands steak was very fatty.

Great location and a bonus with such great facilities (although swimming pool out of action) and a lot of car parking

For what you get there is nothing to dislike

The hotel restaurant was a lovely setup and the food was delicious. Breakfast available was amazing too with alot of choice and a comfortable setting.

Location was not as central as I had expected, the room was quite old and dark but comfortable enough. The "gym" facility was very [very] small and not inviting and unfortunately the pool was closed during our stay. There was no fridge in the room and bathroom with the bath/glass panel quite slippery and dangerous.

Excellent breakfast lots of choice and good value. Great location easy to get to.

Booked a premium room and although it was clean and well appointed the window looked onto a service space with no view whatsoever not what was expected.

Great location for catching a taxi to the airport, early the next morning. Dining room staff were friendly and accommodating.

Registration seemed overwhelmed with a line-up of nearly 20 while one of two front desk employees spent considerable time dealing with a phone call. Shower dispenser had no soap.

Needed a hotel for an event in Glasgow, chose this as reasonably priced compared to city centre hotels. Convenient to drive to from motorway.Room was big with 2 double beds & small sofa

Hotel room we had was a little tired, the bathroom door was chipped and untidy looking. The sofa was tired. Hotel generally needs updating.We had a room at the back of hotel which looked out onto a car park where there were 2 scruffy containers and a skip with garden waste.Access to the room was difficult for me with mobility issues as there was no way to avoid a flight of stairs but I had not specifically asked for an accessible room.We didn't have time to use spa facilities

I liked how the spa was including in the trip. It was a great location from the shopping centre. We were welcomed with open arms.

We were there for a concert, so we had to take a taxi to get to hampden which was abit pricey there and back. Also we had to get a train to get to the shopping centre. There wasn’t much places about if we only wanted to stay in the hotel.

The room and the dinner was very good

Hot breakfast buffets were left out too long and were not very tasty

The room was Boutique size. Large. Furniture a bit dated. Toilet wall light stayed on all night. Two leather chairs had old padding. Needed a lick of paint

Far too busy with foreign visitors crowding the entrance hall.

Checked out on May 8, but could not find our key (Room 218). Found it in our luggage. Will send it

Bathroom lighting was not useful.

Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room. Excellent and varied breakfast. Good menue selection and excellent dinners.Very much enjoyed the three day stay.

The signage for lobby and breakfast could be better. Took us a while to figure out where everything was - and in what direction!

Loved that l can take my wee dog with me , staff were lovely, food was great.

I was staying for a private family dinner. The staff were attentive at the dinner and tried their best.

Nothing. The place needs investment.

Its near the airport and the swimming pool was bonus

Taped carpets in the hallway dust on radiators in the room and flaking paint from windows on the window ledge. The stairlift metal rails were needing cleaned. Breakfast was average nothing special.

Clean & easy to check in & out. Was quiet too.
