Staff and food second to none.

The mattress and pillows could be better,

Central easy to find, good set up.

The guy snoring in the next room lol

Clean, central to town. Excellent staff. Food well cooked. Nice atmosphere.

Creaky floorboards in room upstairsThe toilet seat was coming off in room 2 and the disabled grips could do with being replaced as they were rusty

The staff were welcoming.The room was comfortable and clean, providing tea/coffee. The free wifi was good and had access to TV apps.The bed was also very comfortable. The bathroom was excellent, especially shower, plenty of hot water and pressure. The hotel was an oasis during the worst weather I've experienced in Arbroath

Hotel was great, weather not so great.

Staff were excellent went beyond it to.please and take care of everything .room cleaned fresh every day staff could not do enough for me well done will see you all again soon

Possibly a wardrobe in the room with doors And drawers for cloths

The staff were polite and welcoming, the rooms were lovely and comfortable.

We had a problem with the menu in the evening, four items on the menu weren't being served. The food we settled on was pleasant but very pricey.

Friendly staff, great location, very good food options, late breakfast appreciated.

Matresses are old spring type which are very uncomfortable. Ok for one night not great for longer stays.

Room was cold and really small not much space around bed pillows were very thin and only one each

It would have been helpful to have a menu in your room instead of having to consult their website.

Reasonable price Free cocktail each Staff are exceptional- always friendly and helpful We had a delicious dinner and a yummy breakfast

Room wasn’t warm and heating didn’t kick in until 5Bed not comfortable (and bumped my leg on the wooden end several times- although my own fault not paying attention)Quite noisy- you could hear people moving in other rooms To be fair, for what we paid, it was fine

The room was very cold, the bathroom had lots of rust on the fittings and cups for coffee still had rings on from previous guest.There was lots of noise on floorboards from other guests and people talking next door (not loudly but well were so thin, you could hear conversations easily).The bed felt like a small double and very soft.

Staff were all very helpful and attentive. Nothing was an issue. The room was large and the bed comfortable.

The squeaky floorboards. But it's an old building so to be expected.

The hotel was fantastic plus the staff were exelent it was that gd wee stayed another night we shall defianaty return also the food was delish.
