I expected to have access to pool area but would have had to pay $25 per person per day extra in addition to the $200 already paid. Beach was not visible from property

I added flowers to my room for our anniversary I was told it was added to my booking we arrived open the door and no flowers nothing shocking it ruined our stay. Asked for a robe for the spa to and was told can't get a robe due to spa access that we have WE ARE A HOTEL GUEST WE SHOULD GET ROBES !!! Very bad time not happy poor service.

The location was fine. It has a golf driving range, the course was closed though.

We had issues with our room, but the management resolved it quickly to our satisfaction.

I liked the location and facilities

Restaurant manager and not coping with the guests , even i asked him for one fries.He rejected me , and he hasn't good behaviour.

Very clean and welcoming. Staff very helpful and especially setting up our room for a surprise proposal after dinner. Staff even made effort to come over to us and congratulate us on our engagement. Food was delicious, spa was relaxing, even enjoyed a game of pool over at the sports bar.

HOTEL WAS CLEAN, TIDY & CONNIVENT THE MAJORITYOF STAFF WERE PROFESSIONAL.

The attitude of the breakfast waiter was out of order - I compplained in writing to the Hotel Manager, who investigated and apologised.We were offered a free meal next visit.I declined - I am particular who serves my food to me after an altercation.

There was renovations going on on the first floor which hadn't been stated on the site.The noise started quite early before 8am , doors been thrown in skips nearby my room.I was there as a last minute getaway to destress and was enjoying a good long lie.

Loved the bedroom, particularly the modern decor, and it was spotlessly clean. The bathroom was gorgeous too. The bar and restaurant were lovely. Best meal we’ve had in a hotel restaurant. Staff were lovely, very attentive.

Not a thing.

Stayed a few times comfortable and modern hotel and very dog friendly . The waitress staff were fantastic however the reception staff not so much, no acknowledgement of your presence whilst you are waiting on them taking a call to a colleague, sending the guest to other areas of hotel for assistance

The Spa was very good

The new year party was a disaster no organisation very drab more like a birthday party than a new year celebration. Food was terrible had to send it back. Everyone complained about it

Clean, modern and comfortable

The lack of information on arrival. For example, we had to go and ask the process for accessing the spa and go ask for details of breakfast.

The staff friendly & the spa is clean and lovely, rooms very clean breakfast food

Staff were nice.

Breakfast was cold, the spa was so busy you couldn’t use it. We got given dirty cups.

My room before wee used it must’ve had dogs in the room. Started sneezing violently. Had to go buy Antietam. Dogs in restaurants where we eat

The staff were outstanding, friendly, helpful, and generally all very cheery and welcoming.The room was a good size and comfortable, and lots of nice places to sit in the bar for both causal drinks and for eating.Lovely grounds to walk in, and plenty of parking available.

We arrived really late (early morning, 3am) and the night concierge was on. He made us weary travellers feel very welcome even at that unsocial hour.Staff were really pleasant and accommodating at breakfast too. We had our dog with us and they found a table with plenty of room to accommodate him as well.Facilities in the room were excellent, we would definitely recommend to others.

Lovely wee place with very spacious rooms

Bed and pillows are so hard, I have come away with sores and aches all over.
