Breakfas was excellent and the staff is amazing

Rooms are great, but it could be better if they had a Frigobar

Bathroom floors looked like they hadn't been properly cleaned

The family suite was perfect for what we needed with our two young boys, unfortunately one of them was unwell meaning we needed a new duvet and the staff were amazing about it.Breakfast in the morning was delicious with a great selection. We really cannot fault the hotel and all the staff were so friendly and accommodating

Peter was very helpful and the room was clean and comfortable . Breakfast was good value.

The room was a good size and bright Comfortable. Breakfast was really good, a lot of choices and cooked fresh.Great location to walk into the center.

Paying extra for parking and no restaurant at night, bar snacks were available.

The room was not properly cleaned (toilet and bedroom) ... the shower water pressure is too weak

The room was perfectly adequate but was a little on the warm side due to the time of the year. Breakfast was extremely good and the service was great.

More ventilation in the room as the window would not stay open.

Great location only around 10mins walk from Lichfield City Centre and around 15 from Lichfield City Train Station. Hotel is on a main road. Lovely fresh cooked breakfast buffet each morning... Worth £10 a day if booked at check in. Staff welcoming and friendly and helpful at breakfast. Nice clean room and comfortable bed. Standard freeview tv and tea/coffee and kettle is available if required.

A very pleasant welcome with plenty of welcome information regarding restaurants etc.. The room was adequate although more drawer space would be a good idea. Breakfast was buffet style over the weekend, but cooked to order come Monday. The location was reasonably close to Lichfield Cathedral, the entrance to which is free. Bar snacks are available, the prices for these and drinks matches the local pubs. Service was good with friendly staff. Recommended.

Lack of drawer space in the room.

Large bedroom and bathroom. Nice breakfast. Car parking.

Bedroom window looked out on to a busy road, lots of traffic noise.This was made worse by it being very hot weather and window kept open.

Size of room great. Good size bed. Friendliness of staff great. Breakfast great.

Bed a little uncomfortable, mattress may have been a little old. The room suffers from road noise and from noise elsewhere in the hotel (I know both are difficult to deal with).

Thought the room was quite tired, sadly although the bed was very comfortable.

Bar area and dining area were really good. The staff, particularly the ladies on reception were first class.

The rooms are dated. The toilet wouldn’t flush properly and you had to sit sideways on it because it was that close to the wall and radiator.

I needed a great bed and an excellent shower. They both exceeded expectations at a much cheaper cost than Premier Inn. No complaints.
