Comfortable bed, clean linen and towels and all staff very professional and friendly.

Cleaning could have been better.Our room was next to the lift so very noisy throughout.

All staff were friendly, welcoming and happy to help. Nothing was an issue and they were attentive and willing.

I was put in a disability room with the biggest bathroom but the sink was low and bathroom was just huge plus the breakfast was missing a lot of items but apparently it was due to the snow

The staff were wonderful, nowt was a bother. The whole place was spotlessly clean and breakfast was spot on! Would definitely recommend.

Near the town centre, friendly staff, spacious clean rooms. Surprisingly good breakfast.

Although advertised as king size, the bed was a small double. Otherwise, nothing.

It’s a little tired.. and worn..Curtains stained.. carpets worn..Beds were lovely comfy, lovely clean linen .. it wasn’t all bad..

When we got there we had no booking even though I had a booking.com confirmation. The 1st staff member wasnt roo helpful but luckily a senior member stepped in and sorted for us. This seems to be a reoccurring issue im told with booking.com.. luckily they managed to find us a room

It was good value for the money, breakfast was more than adequate, room was good, not sure if the sheets had been changed from who had been before me???

This is my second stay at this Holiday Inn Express site - great location as one of my main clients is only a stones throw away from it. Clean with easy access.

The only thing with this site is the kitchen closes a little early for my liking in the evening - got carried away sorting stuff ready for my next days work though do not worry as there other eateries within a short walk - should you do what I did.

Easy to find. Clean and rooms spacious. Convenient location for trips into Lichfield and surrounding areas

Lighting in room needs updating (room gloomy!)Front desk staff need to be more engaging with their clientele!! Ridiculously expensive for basic tea and coffee!!More choices needed for breakfast menu.

Cheap clean big rooms

Great location, with good free breakfast & close to major attractions like Drayton Manor and Snow dome.

The property could do better in offering bed with memory foam mattresses and pillows. The bed with spring mattress and pillow not so comfortable.

Stay here regularly due to location however must mention that on this occasion we received a parking charge notification through the post a few days after returning home. Had to phone the hotel to query this, was assured that this has now been rectified (I'm assuming this was due to staff error, I was given the impression that this is a regular complaint) it was quite an unpleasant shock to receive such a letter; I hope this is given careful attention in the future.
