Location was excellent for going to the theme park.
Food and drinks at the hotel are very expensive. An example is a bottle of water cost £3.
Very clean, comfortable room. Breakfast was good quality with plenty of choice. Staff were all really friendly and helpful.
There's no need to pump music into the breakfast room - especially when it's empty.Charging on top for parking is a bit poor at a place like this.Signage at the entrance for hotel-only users is a bit limited and hard to follow.
Inside Themes park, easy access from hotel.Parking available
Like the location of the hotels and the theme park.Did enjoy some rides as well. The room was clean and the restaurant staff very professional and friendly.
Phil at the reception serves us differently as I felt uncomfortable and unwelcomed by him and his way of serving and speaking to me whereas I heard him serving other customers he was different with.Very disappointed and felt a bit truly where me and my family background from Africa been treated differently by him.Secondky there was a fire alarm, some of the staff I believe are not aware or not been properly trained about fire alarms and evacuation which is very serious. God forbid in an event of fire,if something like that would happened there then there would be uncounted about of casualty as tool more than 7 mins to evacuate the hotels and the staff and customers were gathered infront of the entrance which I believed it's not safe.
Close to Drayton Manor theme Park
Being told that the bar was closed at 10pm because of a wedding Shower was well below par Beds were not comfortable Breakfast fried egg included shellSome Staff were unhelpful After 14 years of several visits per year sad to say we will never return again !!!!!!
Warm friendly Greeting with a glass of bubbly which was nice. Room was clean and had all we needed. I should have booked a room closer to the lifts as the corridors are vast and my Mums mobility isn’t the best was my learning.
One night ended up at the back of hotel for parking should have dropped my Mum off as it’s a little further to walk again just a learning on my part
We stayed at the hotel for a family wedding the breakfast was not great need better quality products the best part are the eggs made to order the toast cereal and fruit.Everything else was good.
Kettle was on one side of the room to the cups etc and once kettle boiled i had to walk the kettle to the cups etc or had to walk cup to the kettle Could not have a shower as no pressure on water and no hot water so washed my hair in chilled water Mirror to dry hair was really low so had to sit in chair to dry hair Decoration was really out dated - dont like the dark wood bathroom was nice and modern I slept like a log so that was good Staff was extremely helpful
Great bar, nice location, excellent staff, good value.
Non smart TV which is boxed in so no access to hdmi ports.
A lovely hotel, large rooms with good quality furnishings, good shower (over bath), friendly staff, nice restaurant serving good food.
This is by no means a complaint - the quality of the fixed furniture in the bedrooms is really good, but they are starting to look a little dated. We arrived almost at the end of service for dinner, as did a few other guests - Our fault completely, but the restaurant was already busy and the staff seemed a little overwhelmed, or possibly a little understaffed.
Staff, room, food
Good breakfast, nice bed and rooms in good condition
Shower was broken, and had to user another room to shower. After reporting in the morning I had assumed it was fixed when went to use it the next day as evidence of maintenance work having been performed but it was not fixed and so i was disappointed nobody had told me and so i had to ask to use another room again for a shower. Also had to pay £7.50 per night for parking when not really much option other than to drive to hotel.
A great stay, friendly staff, excellent facilities and just rolled out of bed to Drayton manor
I was greeted by exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, the room was immaculate and beautifully laid out. I was very happy with my stay from start to finish.
My only very mild criticism is that the car park is a little confusing and takes you on a little adventure to get out but it didn't spoil my stay or experience
The room was really clean and the beds were very comfortable
The price of the drinks were too expensive.
Excellent hotel. The staff were polite, smiley and extremely helpful. We stayed here because we attended a wedding at the venue. The room was large, clean, had a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. Large clean bathroom. Throughout the venue it was clean and tidy. The bar was reasonably priced. I did expect higher prices for it being a hotel but a pint was the same price as our local pub. Quick and efficient check in and out. Breakfast was a good buffet style, Plenty to choose from.
Dirty cups at coffee machine in the morning. I pulled 5 out before I found a clean one or one that wasn't chipped. I understand this hotel is at a theme park so evidently there will be kids in the hotel, but there was a lot a screaming children. Also, I'm a light sleeper even after consuming drinks at the wedding, I was awoken to staff putting an invoice under our hotel door dueing the early hours. Which I found particularly strange, when I had prepaid and already has an email receipt.
Well situated for what we needed and easy to park. Bed was comfortable although with the hotel being nearly empty I would have expected an upgrade to a Queen Bed room. Janet, who served us in the restaurant for breakfast on our first morning was very friendly.
The receptionist who greeted us (Casey?) was very friendly and smiley. However, I found the other reception staff during our stay a little miserable. The banquet seating in the restaurant was filthy.
