The staff member who checked me in was very friendly and engaging

No vegan food on the menu except breakfast

Location, facilities friendly staff, great value breakfast included

Breakfast was good , room was lovely , staff friendly

The pillows were awful , very hard , had a very painfull stiff neck in the morning

We ordered baked potatoes for lunch and they were cold, we couldn't eat them.Also the room was a bit cool and the air conditioning wasn't heating up

The lift was very loud we was in room 201 so didn't get much sleep

The rooms resonate with the traffic noise on the motorway side in some rooms (deep droning noise), have had to be moved because of that, I always ask for a car park facing room but not always available !

Easy to find, clean and modern room. Very quiet considering it’s next to a motorway. Breakfast was delicious with so much choice. Staff were friendly and welcoming

Mattresses were a bit hard/springy

A very well run hotel . The room was excellent and spotless. All staff were exceptionally friendly and service oriented. Amazing value for money. I wish all hotels in the UK and abroad were managed to this standard. Well done!

It was clean , loved the size of the bed and very spacious

The pillows on the bed were so hard firm , not comfortable at all

The accesible room was perfect and connected to our room by an internal door. Everywas easy, clean and neat. No noises.

There wasn't enough yoghurt for breakfast (we arrived by 9.30) and the toaster didn't work very well.

The evening meal I had was very nice. Breakfast was ok.

Couldn’t have my window open because 20’ below was the outside ashtray. Thanks for that room

big bed, decent size shower, night bathroom light(blue), staff is very friendly. Miss Olga was our receptionist and she's beauty

The hotel was lovely and clean and the staff were very friendly always on hand if you needed anything.The food was very tasty, breakfast was self-service.

Everything is good with the hotel except the food on the first night no choice only main course when it came the peas had been microwaved the mash was only warm on outside in the middle was Luke warm and the pie was ok not what I expect from here
