Pros +
- Spacious, views
- Good view, comfy bed, good to have a fridge, toaster etc. Our telephone contact was excellent, really helpful.
Cons -
- Bathroom no heater, no mirror lights, check-in process (data protection?), check-out process (why necessary at all?), 2 elevators only (not enough for the building), parking difficult or at least expensive
- The fire alarm went off as we were about to check out so the lifts weren't working for 25 minutes. As my wife cannot do 16 floors of stairs we were late checking out. We informed our contact by phone and assumed that to be o.k.
