Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Thought it was expensive for what it was. Little more than a budget hotel really. Not central location but a short taxi ride away, so not too bad.

Value for money. 24/7 bar. Ease to get uber as location just outside but near key areas of Salford and city centre

Good location with free parking, staff pleasant and helpful.

Room was very "tired", paint peeling off the ceiling in areas, the bathroom a bit grubby (stained grouting), carpets stained / marked throughout, TV signal intermittent - couldn't watch.

The staff were wonderful and incredibly kind and generous with our daughter.Every member of staff was friendly, chatty, welcoming, polite and smiling.

Room was comfortable, just a bit warm, and there was a used kids menu in the pocket of info

Very Poor service

The pillows were like bricks, the heating system was so loud. We also waited for 2 hours for food in the resturant, after 45 minutes we were told my colleagues meal wasnt coming so she had to choose something else, when she did twice those options were not available. Then another 45 minustes later they bring hers out and say they haven't got mine! So I had to reorder and wait, in the mean time she ate hers and mine came out, which was wrong as it didn't have the pulled pork with it. By this point I couldn't be bothered to say! We were due to stay next week, but am currently trying to find somewhere else!

There was no travel cot on arrival, even though it had been requested in advance. However, the night hotel staff worked hard to find a cot, and when the day manager came in the next day, they offered a free upgrade and waived the first night. It was refreshing to see the level of understanding and care shown in handling the mishap.

Good location for me to visit my daughter at Salford uni. Lovely staff, clean rooms.

Only downfall was that the pillows were hard and I still haven't had my security deposit back 4 days after check out

Excellent location for getting into Manchester City Centre. Hotel has good parking facilities and the staff who we dealt with were friendly and helpful throughout.

The staff was very polite, helpful and welcoming. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean. The location was great, 20 min walk to the centre and free parking was exactly what we needed.

There was constantly shortage of food at breakfast and only one member of staff to restock and serve which was very challenging for them. The coffee tasted like water and pancakes seemed to be a ready product warmed up in a microwave. The bathroom ceiling needs a bit of retouching.

The bed was comfy however there was a stain on the duvet cover which was a little off putting.

The room was unclean and now what I would have expected from a Holiday Inn after staying in several over the years. There was noticeable black dust on the window ledge and the bath tub. Stains on the duvet cover.

Staff very good. Room great. Breakfast excellent. Parking easy.

TV reception in room 211 very glitchy

Location was good, parking was good, kitchen facilities were good

The room stunk of bleach. The shower tiles were filthy, the shower curtain was dirty. The chrome grab rail in the bath was rusty and disgusting. There was a huge crack in the sink. Cracks in the bathroom floor tiles. USB in table lamp didn't work so moved tsbkevto locate plug socket only to discover live wires exposed coming from wall. Service was exceptionally slow too.

Bedside lights didn't work. Cracked tiles in bathroom. Needed to pay 'deposit'.

Sink could use a new plug and the pull out wasnt the most comfortable to sleep on

The staff were really friendly and helpful throughout our visit - always happy to answer questions and lend a hand. Our room was spotlessly clean, tidy and exactly what we needed. Would recommend and stay again!

Overall a good stay - staff were friendly and rooms clean. Only downside was the WiFi which was quite slow and sometimes dropped out, making it tricky to look up local info or stay connected. Would love to see this improved on future visits.

The phone didn't work to order room service (the staff were very nive about that though) And there is a list of amenities in the bathroom that was supposed to be offered in the reception, but when I asked, some on the list were not available anyway and I was told that the lost had not been updated. Otherwise a lovely stay!

Breakfast has a large variety and even does specials on request.....Staff were polite and very friendly.Room service available and bar open 24/7

My only complaint was the matress in the room was hard and uncomfortable.....We did have a family next door to us on 1st morning who thought it was ok to slam doors and make a noise at 5am......some people have no consideration......

Great hotel. Lovely welcoming staff. Good location. Handy parking.
