The hotel was a great location for the arena

The bathroom was tiny no lock on the door. If you nudged the door whilst using the bathroom the door would then open

Great value for money, great location i have stayed here before, that's why I booked again.

Pillows are very uncomfortable

Location was good 5min drive to Arndale centre. Room was basic but for 1 person it was ok.If driving you will need to pay for car parking but for £9 a day it was reasonable.

The room was small especially the bathroom. You literally can get 1 person in there. There is no space between the twin beds in a twin room. Also the pillows are very soft. Harder pillows would have been preferred. We also had a double room on the same floor and the room size was the same.

Poor room. Very tired. Cleaning fluid all over the bathroom and strong chemical smell.

There was nothing I could like. It was a very uncomfortable hotel.

The rooms were very small, the bathroom even smaller. There was noise in the hotel corridors at all hours of the night. There was no elevator. The walls were very thin, and the sounds from all the rooms blended together. There was no mini-fridge. They didn't even provide water in the room. It would be a negative choice in terms of price and performance.

It was a really short walk to AO Arena which is where we was going and it had shops and food places near by. We arrived early and was aloud 1 key to put our bags in (booked two rooms). The room was really basic. Im unsure how comfy the bed was as I was aching and hurting from standing for a while at a concert, but woke up with back ache.

The second room wasnt ready for the check in time ( although we arrived early and was granted a key for 1 of 2 rooms booked).

The staff was rude. They did not put a simple toothpaste.

I did not like staff`s attitude. Despite arriving late for check-in, even a few hours late, the room was not ready.

Great location for the city centre

Rooms are basic and it is very noisy

We were here for the game M.City - Galatasaray. We stayed 1 night, so it was good.

The location was ideal and central with paid parking.

The room was quite small. Limited basic facilities. Washroom was very small.

It was on the ring road so good for getting to work.

Parking is an extra cost which isn't clearly stated when booking. The floor we were on was under construction so had no carpets down and wasn't very inviting. Work men also walked into our room before check out time when we were asleep as they were told no one was on this floor. They then proceeded to carry out work which was very loud and meant we couldn't go back to sleep. Staff at reception did not seem to understand any English when we tried to bring this matter to them.

It was freezing cold. I was feeling extremely cold for the whole time. The toilet of the room was tiny! Value for the money wasn’t great.

Good breakfast.Service request was actioned promptly.

The bathroom is too compact.The TV is out of date and smaller than a laptop.Please try to update with smart TV for the 21st century.

Everything be back in december

At 1st was on bottom level with no view but it was soon changed by helpful staff

Staff were great , very helpful booking taxi gor us. Welcoming on arrival

The toilet was clearly fully broken, they knew about it as they had wrote a note on how to flush but toilet didn't work altogether, we were in a rush for a gig so didn't mention it.

Clean and comfortable. Helpful receptionist! Walking distance to Main Street
