Very dirty places even when i ask the reception to clean it and before i arrive it was so dirty and the blancket there is brown stains awfull 2 day in my trip

A very clean, beautiful room in a good location. The pool and the staff's work in general did not cause any negative impressions. The only thing I slightly lowered my rating for was the staff, because I needed new batteries for the safe and instead of just giving them to me, we waited a very long time for the technician and went to the reception twice. Otherwise, I have no complaints about the staff. My only question is for the owner. Otherwise, I am even surprised at the quality of the room and how comfortable it is.

Internet access really spoils the impression. They make you fill out so much information it feels like the only thing they don't ask for is a passport photo. It's not very clear why it was done this way. In the end, I logged in from one device and shared the internet with the others, because I just didn't want to go through the authentication procedure again. There are too many forms and too much information they take from me. And the second thing is that we booked breakfast right away. But getting to breakfast is a bit less of a quest than getting access to Wi-Fi. But you also need to book a table online in advance, and since the restaurant overbooks, all the problems that come with that are obvious. If you don't do this right when you check in, you probably won't get any breakfast... And of course, there are no refunds either.

I liked the location in the middle of the downtown, everything is near by, that break fast was very good like any nice restaurant and the staff was very nice specially the lady at the check out I wish I knew her name to write it down in the review, as she was kind enough to give us late check out and Im thankful for her professionalism and nice smile, the room had full kitchen and washing machines like if you’re in your own home… just perfect

The bed size wasn’t very comfortable I wished if it was bit bigger, and the check in was too late at 4 pm, most hotels allow check in at 3 pm and some are nice enough for earlier check in, but I couldn’t get that here unfortunately, check out is also early as it’s 11 am, but the lady in front desk was kind enough to have us there for bit later

Good location to the AO Arena. Kindly staff and very well coming place. The breakfast was amazing.

Amazing For Any Occasion

Amazing room, amazing pool, friendly staff and an amazing location especially for the price. I don't think i could ask for anything else. The Pool Was very relaxing and is defiantly one of IF NOT the best hotel I've ever stayed at.

1. The staff was very bad especially the reception 2. We put the sign to clean but nothing done3. I reserved a room for 2 people but they gave us breakfast for only one4. The breakfast was bad5. The smell in whole hotel was of the cloridine of the pool

The car parking it doesn’t worth it every time you need to go out one of the staff has to come and open the door and you have to wait for them for a long time and it’s expensive

Service is a disaster, no phone in the room which means you have to go to the reception for every single issue. Bad maintenance.

Breakfast were the best part.

Its difficult to contact the staffs of the property since theres no phone inside the unit. The property didnt provide enough toilet tissue roll & new litter plastic bags.Theres no room sandals & toilet amenities (shower cap, tooth brush, comb, etc) inside the property.

The kitchen also have everything you might need.The staff were very friendly and very helpful. They checked us in as soon as it was possible, they provided what we needed with care.The location is great.

Cleaning is only done weekly, on our shorter stay there was no cleaning, which was fine, but not great.Check-in is a bit late. We knew about it, so it's fine, but could be better, and you should pay attention to it if it's important to you (you can of course leave your luggage with them).

I like the location. The staff were cordial despite the pressure.

The rooms were not quite clean. There was hair in the bathroom sink. There was no care pack (lotion toothpaste etc), also no dish washing liquid.Arrived at almost midnight and needed a drink of water but there wasn't any at the reception and kitchen was closed.

Home from home

Could have done with a dressing gown to go to the pool in, a couple of minor issues at breakfast, and needed some oven gloves when I cooked but it was a great stay.
