The view of the Quays, the club rooms, the staff, the location

The parking area and outside needs sweeping regularly. Not clean

It was very clean and tidy. The staff was very friendly, and the buffet breakfast was amazing

The only thing that I later found out, was you have been using 1 or 2 of your hotels to accommodate illegal immigrants, which I extremely condemn, cause we’re being relentlessly invaded by them, and the only thing that would put me off using you again

I got bitten by bedbugs and when I complained I was told I was wrong.

Location was great. Price was good. Bed was comfortable.

It was very hot in the bedroom and the windows opened out above the refuse area. It was very loud from very early in the morning.

Room and stay not as described, breakfast was poor, croissants dry , breakfast, black pudding overdone, poor quality sausage, mushrooms boiled and no tasteRoom , unimpressed, bed base heavily stained, shower very dated, overall gives impression that room is past it's bestThere are better options for what was an expensive stay.Ordered beer bucket, not provided, ended up cancelling it, unclear if refunded !! When room is advertised with very good breakfast I reasonably expect that !! Room decor ready for refurb ! Not good value...

Bath round plug hole, very rusty

Location, very close to 2 tram stops and nice view over quays. Garage with 8 fast EV chargers opposite and a Starbucks 500m away. Good value, free parking.

Parking on Saturday evening was a nightmare, assume because near ‘Old’ Trafford.

Good location for the concert we were seeing but a little out of the way for anything else

The bath/shower I was surprised that there was no separate shower as it was a bath aswellNot ideal as the floor was really slippery when wet and the bath was really deep and extremely hard to get out

Bed was comfy , check in girl was very helpful

Room was very dated and furniture was in terrible condition.Windows didnt close properly so was very drafty and outside noise was noticible .Shower dripped all night long and sound proofing between rooms was non existant.Breakfast was the worst i have ever had ,every item was cold and many tables were covered in dirty plates.

Location was great for our visit to Old Trafford. Only a 10 minute walk away. Breakfast was lovely and the beds were very comfy. Shower was good too. Nice bar nice staff and a good atmosphere.

The room let it down... it was very dated. Badly needs an upgrade. The bathroom tiles were a bit grubby, there was mould under the sink, and around the bath and there was a bit of a smell too, like old mouldy water. The power socket on the side of my bed didn't work which was a bit of a nuisance. All in all, an expensive stay for a pretty average hotel.

Location great for what we were doing. Staff were very good and very attentive. The room was clean and comfortable.

The curtains were too long so hung over the radiator. They need to be to the windowsill thus freeing the radiator and being able to close the cold out from the window.

Breakfast was tasty and good selection. Melon under ripe. Pastries seemed a bit stale. Dinner was good Chicken kebab was delicious. Steak was good-as expected. Pizza did the job. Sticky toffee was delicious. Ice cream was ok. Room was comfortable but quite hot. We turned the radiator completely off but build up of heat made sleeping quite challenging. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Road side room was quite noisy but not unexpected. So handy for the football. Reception and waiting staff were excellent. Room was clean so chamber maids also great. Close to amenities.
